Owned many pairs of these over the years, one of the few available robust low-cut hikers out there that are non- Gore-Tex, so they're great for hot weather hiking. One word of caution re sizing: not sure if the last /fit has changed, but I have worn US size 10.0 in every Salomon shoe for the last 20+ yrs, but needed a 10.5 in this latest (2019) model) as a 10.0 was too short in the length(!), so make sure you try them first if ordering on-line.

Bought two pairs of these for instructing firearms at an indoor, cement floor range. Fit perfect, can stand many hours before get the dreaded feet fatigue. Can't go wrong with these and the price is ideal. Several comments from others: 'Where did you get those shoes?". Will be very sad if/when these ever get discontinued.

Very happy Salomon is offering aero versions as Gortex liners swamp my feet in the summer. These have been very durable and the footbed design offers the best support in its class for flat arches like I have. It is my daily wear shoe. Well done.

Fantastic value for money , Very comfortable. Watch Salomon sizing as I normally take a UK 9 but need UK 10 with all Salomon products I have bought.
