I'm one of Nike fans. This is my first pair of Mizuno and I can't wait to wear this pair to my next marathon. It seems like a lot comfortable than all running shoes that I have, good cushions! Just a little bit heavy which is totally fine to me. But sorry, I can't give it 5 stars because I realized that one of the shoe laces is about 3 inches shorter than another when I did the "lace lock" with the extra shoelace holes last week. I don't know why, anyway, it doesn't bother me too much.

The biggest complaint I have about these shoes is the color - the pink is NOT the pink in the photos, it is much darker, almost red. Otherwise these fit well and are comfy. I like the stretchy laces.

This was my "runner up" shoe, after trying Asics, Mizuno, Saucony and New Balance. These were LOUD and felt stiff. Did give them a good try, but ended up purchasing New Balance 1260v6 shoes instead. I realize that I have a difficult foot to fit. I wear a women's size 12 2A. So happy that Zappos has a SELECTION for me to try!

Great cushiony running shoes for pronators! I used to have (and loved) the Mizuno Wave Creation, then later got/loved the Mizuno Prophecy - however the price of those is now a deal breaker. What I love about the Wave Inspire 13 is something that annoyed me about them at first - the ankles, particularly insides of the ankles, felt like they came up too high and were rubbing just below my ankle bone. In reality, I realized this sensation is a result of the design that aims to push your ankles back out, preventing them from turning in too far (or pronating). My heel seems to strike in a much normal place wearing these, vs. my unchecked tendency for the inner right heal to strike, vs. center or outside of heel to strike first. These keep me walking/running with better form, and the cushiony padding and arch support feels great. Not as amazing to jog in as the trampoline-like balls of the Prophecy shoe, but it's still pretty great - at a much more reasonable price!

Was very excited for these but they are just too small. I always were 12 but my toes are hitting the front of the shoe in these 12s. They are unfortunely going back.

I've worn Wave Inspires for years and this latest version (wave Inspire 13) dis not disappoint. It feels lighter and has a bit more cushion.

I have worn the Mizuno Inspire for several years now. This pair feels great like the past few versions. Great support but strangely seems smaller than usual. I think I will need to go up a half size.

I needed a new pair of running shoes, the level of my back pain has risen so I thought I might try a different brand of shoes as I usually wear Brooks Adrenaline for working out/running/walking and Pure Connect as my casual sneaker. I read reviews and was impressed, so I chose these. Other than feeling at least a half a size to small they seem good. I will keep them to see how they wear and at worst become my new casual sneaker.

I like the updates Mizuno has made to the Inspire. It feels softer than the previous model (in a good way), but has a quick/responsive push off too. As someone with a wider foot, I also like the change they've made to the toe box. It seems to fit my foot better and is also more attractive. While I wasn't sure I'd like this blue/neon pink combo, I've enjoyed having a little flashier shoe this go 'round.

Overall this is a great shoe. I felt that it ran little small. I normally wear an 8.5 in other brands, and felt this ran a little short. I love the cushioning in the shoes which give it an overall very nice feel especially at slower speeds or when walking. The shoe felt ok when running, but definitely on the stiffer side if you like that feeling. Also, I always wear a stability shoe as I over pronate, and felt that the Wave Inspire offered great support.

Helped with my shin splints! Unfortunately sizing is a bit off. Half a size too small.

I use these shoes for lifting in the gym. I like them however they do not provide as much ankle support as the inspire 11's I have purchased in the past.

I liked the way this shoe felt and I liked the wide toe box. But it did not have enough arch support for my high arches and I got ankle pain after only a little while of wearing them around the house,

These shoes didn’t last. Not as durable as the last pair of Waves I bought. Not sure what is wrong but the support and cushion are totally broken down.

I wanted to try Mizuno after being loyal to New Balance. Based on this pair of shoes, it was a mistake. I could forgive the lack of style the shoes have if they were comfortable, but they were hard as bricks and rubbed my ankle in a painful way. I will stick to my NB Vazees which are comfortable and stylish to boot.

I'm disappointed that the shoe was changed so much in the regular sizing that the wides are hard to find. I'm hearing from the folks who work at the shoe shops, that quite a few people who count on Mizuno's wide toe box are now having to purchase the wide since the regular has been narrowed. I count on Mizuno to have a wide toe box and a regular midfoot and heel to fit my duck feet! It took me so long to track down the wide that I ended up with a little bit of an injury.

Feels too narrow overall,, shoe box too narrow, have to have orthotics inside, which push my toes up into the top which does not have enough give. I could try a 9.5, but I'm sticking with Brooks Adrenaline GTS 17

I wear a 5 1/2 or 6 narrow regular shoe and a 7 in a sneaker but these were a bit too narrow. Also the color was way to fluorescent for me. I returned these for the Asics Gel Kayano in a B width which fit perfectly.
