In my search for an actual cross trainer instead of my usual running shoes, I found this shoe. It does not have the bouncy, soft sole of a running shoe. So, I walked around my house with it on to get used to the feel. I've used it once so far for a workout and it felt great. I think I can get used to wearing the proper shoe for my weight training days. Also, it is comfortable with or without socks.

I have been looking for this shoe!!! Lightweight comfortable and stylish. No need for sock. It's true to size I ordered a 6 1/2 and they fit great. Tested them at the gym also they do great white trading and CrossFit. But stylish enough to wear to a soccer tournament.

I love the Gel-Fit Sana 2 - I have 5 pairs. Tried the Sana 3 and am disappointed. Not as form fitting to my foot and the arch no longer hits my arch. Feels like less cushioning overall. They go back and I start the hunt for a replacement for a uniquely styled shoe that I love for Zumba and cross training.

I wanted to love these shoe so bad after hearing about how comfortable they were from the previous version. In Zappos fashion they arrived quickly, but in bad fit fashion they were returned just as quickly. These were tight through my mid foot and not in the supportive compressive way. The toe box and everything else was fine, but the mid foot was awful. If you have a narrower foot they will probably work but even if you are border line wide these will not work.

I’ve been wearing these shoes daily and I love them. This shoes are almost mesh, which means the shoe doesn’t feel tight. I have wide feet so these shoes are comfortable.

Love this shoe for casual wear around the office & home. No arch support though!

I haven't had a chance to try these out at the gym for weightlifting and cardio; they appear to be very stylish and better looking in person (even with the attached tongue), the sole is very flexible and comfortable walking around the house, squats seem to be more stable and less "wobbly" compared to when I use my running sneakers. The only con I can think of is the sizing with socks is a little tight in the toe box but I will have to see how it works out when I try them out at the gym.

I needed a pair of sneakers for the gym and I'm so happy I bought these .They are comfy, and light weight .Thanks Zappos!!!

Love, Love Love these shoes! I wear a 7 1/2 N and there are very few shoes that I can wear, especially athletic. For walking, everyday running around these are perfection for me. I have a very high arch and narrow foot, I wear them without socks. If you're going to wear socks size up.

I read somewhere that these were good for aerobics, so I thought I'd give them a try. They do have good traction on the studio floor and on the foam mats at the gym. The tongue is attached so if you have high arches it might be difficult to get you heel in. I have narrow feet and I would have to say these would run narrow for the average foot. There is absolutely no arch support and you feel every little rock you step on. But for me, they are exactly what I was looking for.

This is a nice looking sneaker. I found them a tiny bit small and a tiny bit narrow. I tried an 11.5B and a 12B. As a CPA, I know I could wear these shoes for general work days.

Really liked the style and support of these shoes. Was looking for a good court shoe for cross training. Unfortunately they are very narrow and since the tongue is not separate there is no give. Had to send back.

I bought these for around the house and to walk on the TreadClimber hoping for a really light-weight shoe. I typically wear a 6.5 in a tennis shoe and my foot is average, but a tiny bit wide. They fit perfectly. They are cute, too. I normally buy Nike, so I'm happy with these Asics and might buy more.

Great, light-weight cross training shoe. My typical shoe size is an 8. I usually wear a 8 1/2 in a athletic shoe and a 9-9 1/2 in a running shoe. The 8 1/2 is a good fit for me in this shoe.
