Customer Reviews Prana Aelyn D-Cup Tankini Top

I purchased this in a size 36 because that is my bra size. But when I got it, the tag inside said 36/M. If I had known that the number corresponded with a letter size, I would have sized up. I love the style and have returned for a 38, which I am hoping means Large. Other than that, this is a great top. I ordered 3 different black tankini tops and this one was by far the best, albeit too small. But hopefully the 38 fixes that. It's got great coverage on top without too much cleavage but still shows enough skin. The length of the top is also long enough that I don't have to keep pulling it down like the other two that I had ordered that will be going back. I wear a size Medium (8) in clothing but always have to size up in things like bathing suits because of my 36D/34DD bust size. Hope this helps someone else!

I ordered the 32D in black and was very impressed with the high quality of the fabric, and in particular the fantastic cup support that is very attractive and comfortable. In reading the reviews, some indicated that this tankini was more suitable for C cup rather than D. I wear a 32C and it was just right and this would not have fit if I were a D+ cup. The straps are adjustable but look most attractive in the X position. I would also say that the band width is small so I found it fit snug without being too compressive. This tankini was a the most well-made I have ever seen and it is exceptionally flattering. It is not too low. But if you are a larger cup, I would size up.

Love this top! Perfect for those of us who are large chested! Floating underwire keeps everything in place. I got my usually bra size, 36, and it fits great.

This is a really tight fit for a 34D and difficult to get on in that you have to smoosh down your breasts and then pull the cups down and do major lifting/adjusting. Once on, it does hold the girls in place but it's not the most comfortable tankini out there.
