This is an interesting bag. I was looking for something that can convert from a backpack to a handle bag more than cross body as I've had some shoulder pain from using a cross body. I primarily use this as a backpack - which is very nice and surprisingly comfy. It's also got a good amount of space. Wearing it as a cross body is a bit odd because of how big the bag is. I'm 5'4" so the bag falls pretty low when I'm wearing it as a cross body. I tried using the middle rings to shorten it but then it seems like the bag should fold over in order to use those rings. I haven't figured that out yet. The nice part about the bag when you use it as a backpack is that you'll have two rings for you to add some of your own decorations like keychains. I purchased the Cadet color and it's a really nice light blue color. It's perfect for spring and summer. I really like the handle this bag has. I wish it had a second handle on the front side so it's not so lopsided when I hold it. Over all it's a nice bag but you should definitely get it on sale. I'm a bigger fan of the Nadia convertible bag if you're interested in a sling/backpack if not this style is pretty unique. As always thanks Zappos for the quick delivery.

Excellent construction. It is made out of lightweight, durable, water resistant material. I love how easy it is to convert it from purse to backpack. It is very room and can fit a Microsoft surface pro when in backpack form or an iPad in purse form. It’s very stylish and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments wearing this purse. The only complaint I would have is that the strap sometimes slip when trying to wear it in backpack form, but I believe they addressed this in the new Jena model

I bought this for a 3 weeks vacation trip. Love the am and pm style. I recommend this for a light and long trip.
