I really love this Tumi bag however I am disappointed with the vendor for sending me a used Tumi bag. This bag had ink markings and grease spots in the inside. Shame on you Zappo and Amazon for putting a damaged $195 bag this back on the shelf to sale. I’d like to send it back however the Black is no longer available. Unbelievable

Yes I'm giving this product 4 stars, and yet I'm returning it. When worn as a backpack, it is fine, but when worn as a sling it is very awkward. I don't know if it's my height (5'3) or IQ, but the easy option to switch to a sling w/ one zip was what interested me about this bag. If using it as a sling, I have to go to the trouble to not only unzip the strap, but clip the bottom straps into the same hook at the bottom. That takes the ease out of switching from backpack to sling in my opinion. I guess if you are committed to using it as a sling and wanted the option to use it as a backpack rarely, it would make sense, but in my case, I want the ability to switch back and forth without hassle. The things I do like about it are the side zipper where you can easily access your wallet/cash w/o putting it in the front zip pocket. While Tumi backpack shiny gold hardware is beautiful I'm afraid it might also draw attention to the front pocket that likely holds easy to access items. The phone slip pocket completely hides an iPhone 6 Plus, so you don't have to worry that someone can steal your phone. If I'm going to wear a backpack I will updrade to a slightly larger style that has a water bottle pocket and the slip lets you stack it on a rollaboard. It's beautifully made, and I wanted to like it SO bad, but I'm going to have to try a different one.
