These shoes fit nicely around my foot and feel comfortable, but they're not doing the job for the kind of workouts I do: step, dancing, Cathe, Insanity, etc. Within 10 minutes, I had to take these shoes off because the pain in the side of my foot was so bad I couldn't concentrate on my workout anymore. They would probably be fine for walking or just for around the house, but I needed them for high-impact, lateral moves and they weren't good for that.

Used for a crossfit, weight training workout. Needed something w good heel stability to help keep me planted while doing squats along w good arch support. This fit the bill. Feels secure, almost a reassuring cupping feel around the heel. Great cushioning below forefoot. Doesnt feel clunky or like it's getting in the way. And if you want distinctive color this is your trainer!

I love these shoes. I am a fitness instructor and have been searching for new aerobic shoes for a while. My last shoe was Asics, which worked well for me , but since they changed there last , they run too narrow for me. I tried several other brands, but Ryka Dynamic 2.5 gives me the all around support that is needed from an aerobics shoes, so you can move in all directions. I am also a massage therapist( so I am on my feet all day) and wear these to work. My legs feel so much better at the end of the day. They run true to size, i ordered an 8 and the fit is perfect. I have them in 2 colors blue and black and the fit is the same .

My shoe size varies between 8.5-9 medium. These 8.5 sneakers were given to me as a gift from my husband and my daughter. They fit great! They are really cushiony with the foam insole, super comfy. I don't plant to use them for exercise, just for "fashion." But I think they would be very comfortable for cross training too.

Loved these shoes. They were so comfortable. However after 5 months the shoe started to deteriorate. They are tearing apart. The shoes are not mistreated, have been work to walk 1-3 miles most days.

I bought these for my Mom. I sized up a half size because her feet swell. The half size is perfect, she has room in case her feet do swell. She said they are very comfortable and she's very happy with them. The mesh is breathable, which will be great for summer.

I wear Ryka brand for Jazzercise classes. Love this pair of Ryka. The only thing I did not like was the shoe tongue. Is very thin with no padding. It feels like sand paper against the top of my feet. I've put on thicker athletic socks to see if that help but, I could still feel roughnest on the top of my feet. I have other problems with my feet and did not want to add more. So I had to return them. So far, this is by far the best Ryka style. If it wasn't for the shoe tongue it would have been a keeper. I like it better then the Ryka Devotion XT that I wear now to classes. I also ordered from Zappos. I love ordering from Zappos. They are quick and have the no hassle return policy. I thought the shoe was overall comfortable. The one thing I really didn’t like was the stiff tongue, it was thin & very hard. I loved the color, and the sole was very cushioned. I just couldn’t stand the tongue, so I returned them.

Loved the fit and comfort of this shoe, as well as the style. Purchased an additional two in different colors. Has a good arch support for dance exercises.

I usually wear a 6.5. They were too small. The 7 is perfect. I have 2 others pairs from Ryka in a 6.5 and the fit properly Don’t know why the difference but I’m happy with the 7’s Thanks for making the exchange so easy.

I bought one pair and then immediately 2 more to stash in my closet for future wear. Super comfortable for Pickleball

Love these shoes! This is my 3rd pair. I play Pickleball 15 hours a week so I go through a lot of shoes. Once the tread gets worn I switch out to a new pair~ I don’t want to slip on the court.

I am 5'8", 140 and a size 6. I have a wide foot due to ballet. I usually can wear a 9W or 9M depending on the shoes, but this ran small. The 9M was too small and my toes were crunched. I ordered the 9.5M and, while it is a little tight across the ball of my foot, this is a good fit, in the half size larger. Note that it has a lot of heal support. Going to use them for a cardio dance class.

Ran a bit short so I am exchanging for larger size. But very comfortable and what I was looking for - a cross trainer that was not girly- no pink or purple.

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever experienced! I love the way they look and feel. This is the first time I've bought this brand, but I will be buying it again for sure!
