I fell in love with the look of these shoes in my local high-end comfort shoes store. I have an extremely wide foot with a narrow heel so the mary jane aspect of the strap and velcro pairs well with my foot issues. When I saw the blue color here on Zappos, I bought a second pair. The insole is very comfortable and the sole of the shoe has some give, but not too much for my weak ankles. I feel ultra-stylish when I wear these shoes and I would consider them to be 12-hour shoes.

I have a wide foot with a high arch and I expect a leather shoe to stretch. These high quality leather uppers are lovely and they did stretch nicely as I expected (started out VERY tight). I bought them as recommended from a blog site to wear on a trip to Paris and walking on the cobble stones, curbs, gravel, and metro proved no problem for these stylish gems. Walking and not standing in museums is where these shoes shine. Personally, I should have gotten a half size larger for extra comfort, but they did stretch out. Here at home I waked in them for 50 min straight and they were marvelous. Funny to see me out on the walking trail in my fancy shoes, but they really are made for walking. I would happily wear these to walk in over running shoes. In my opinion, if you're going to do a lot of standing around, this is not the best shoe for that as with my high arch, there wasn't much support. I wouldn't mind trying another style and color in Fly London as I've been happy with this shoe. If they make a wide version I'd be more than thrilled. They are supportive on bumpy ground and bend for the toes a fair amount. My ankles never wobbled.

These shoes are so comfortable, that I now have pair in different colors. I cannot wear heels anymore, however these wedges are so comfortable you don't realize how high they are. I love them.

I got less than 8 months of use out of these shoes. At first, I called them my triple threats - I went through airports without issue, kept me comfortable all day, and looked cute doing it! Then the right heel collapsed or something. Too much money for them to fall apart like cheap shoes.

I wanted to keep this shoe, I liked the style so much. But it didn't offer the support for my high arches. I've had other Fly Londons, and remain a loyal fan, but this one, sadly won't work for me.

Great shoes. Love the look and feel. My problem is that they are clearly pre-worn. The insides of both shoes have some kind of crumbly dirt stuck to them - like dried leaf bits - inside the front of both shoes. Judging from the small pebble stuck in the bottom of one, and the sliver of wood stuck in the other, they were worn outside. The toe of one shoe is also a bit scuffed. This is not what I expect when I pay full price for an item. This pair of shoes should have been discounted as used. This is the second time I have received used merchandise from Zappos - but this is the first time I'm complaining about it. I'm not pleased.

I love that I can wear them all day and my feet don’t hurt! I’m a flight attendant so having comfortable shoes is a must!

Was looking for a stylish walking shoe for an upcoming trip to Rome. Wanted a comfortable yet fashion forward look. This fit the bill completely on those two points. But the side of the shoe just under my ankle bone, was too high - I could tell it was going to rub wrong. And also the toe bed seemed a bit short. Sadly they are going back.

I had to send back my first pair and order a larger size . Super comfortable! I am a flight attendant on my feet all day. Dissatisfied with the way the shoe held up. The leather is falling off and wearing off, at the seams.I have been wearing the 7 months.

Thought these would be the answer to my Fly London prayers. Fell in love with the style and squishy sole of the Yama boot. Tiny shoe box and easily ran a size small. Next the wide ankle strap shoe, ran a size small and strap rubbed. Then a plain pump when the size 43 was smaller than this shoe in 42!! These fit great but the sole wasn't the cushy comfort of the Yama. Thought it might work anyway but the combinatin of the firm but bendable sole and the angle of the bend of the big toe that had surgery several years ago was painful. Sadly the inconsistency of size and materials of the brand has ended my Fly London fantasy!

I was not expecting to be able to keep these shoes. I have a very wide foot, and cute shoes do not make the cut…most of the time. I received these today and was amazed that they fit right off the bat. I decided to wear them for the afternoon, to break them in. they are a little tight in the tow box…but the leather is soft, and I anticipate they will stretch as needed. My heels were completely fine…which is another issue I generally have (too high a heel becomes uncomfortable very quickly). I am plus sized (size 18/20) and used to wearing Danskos…these shoes were expensive, but worth the purchase, because my feet didn’t hurt (other than the obligatory new-shoe-stretch).

So I bought the burgundy color in 40M and the bronze color in 40W. The 40W was waaaay too wide but the 40M was great (although felt a tad tight at first) but did stretch and are now perfect. Before stretching slightly they made kinda of an impolite noise but no more thank goodness. Also, the burgundy color has a slight metallic undertone is so gorgeous (I love this color so much I’m tempted to get another pair in this color.

So I ordered a 40 medium and a 40 wide. The 40 wide was waaaay too wide and big - my feet where literally swimming around because of all the room. It was also an ugly aesthetic as it looks substantially wider than the medium (as you are looking down at your feet). The 40 medium felt great from the beginning and it did stretch a bit as I went through the day. I got the metallic burgundy and it's such a great color .... not too metallic.

These are so much fun! I have given up heels, but my sister talked me into the wedge. I tried them and I love them! So comfortable and look great! I do find that the Fly London runs small. I am usually a size 11 - or a 42. Having read reviews I ordered up to a 43 and they fit perfectly. Love them! Great customer service too - Thank you Zappos for having so many shoes in stock and a comprehensive shopping experience!

The arch support

I have very narrow feet, and even so my small toes rub a bit. But, it gets better with each wear. Overall the shoes are very cute and comfy! I can walk all day and no issues.

Amazing shoe!!! It really feels you’re wearing tennis shoes. I use them for work and they look professional. I can go by the warehouse or even installation shop and feels awesome. I truly recommend them. I use 7.5 and bought them in a 38. Fits perfect!

A beautiful shoe that is comfortable despite the heel. I received lots of compliments and feel happy every time I look at my feet. The color is great and quality of the shoe in general is very good.

Love this shoe, but the toe box is a little small. Will return for a larger size

I love, love, love Fly London shoes! I'm so happy that Zappos is carrying this brand now! The sole on this shoe is like a tennis shoe. I am on my feet all day and my feet feel great at the end of the day. I hope you start carrying more styles soon! I wear a size 7 shoe and the 37 fits perfectly.

They looked so cute! Too bad the box said 40 and the shoes were 39! Never had that happen before!

I'm a photographer and spend a lot of time on my feet. This shoe is by far the most comfortable and stylish shoe I have for long jobs. I had to order a half size up and they still feel a bit snug. My biggest criticism is that they dig into my heal so I have to wear bandaids to prevent blistering and the toe box feels a little snug. I'm hoping with continual wear those things will resolve themselves. If not for that, I would have given them 5 stars for comfort.

As a flight attendant on my feet for several hours each duty period, I truly believe these shoes serve me well. I have never found a shoe as comfortable as this one. HOWEVER, since purchasing them in March (so owned for five months now), the shoes have nearly fallen completely apart. The Velcro attached to the straps have becoming near fully detached. Additionally, peeling of the black material has occurred around the entire perimeter of the shoes revealing a gray color underneath. There is no reason I should pay over $200 for a pair of shoes to only have them look dingy within five months.
