These shoes are great. I run approximately 35-50 miles a week and have used these on 5K up to 50K runs and the support is no joke. The cushion is as advertised even at the end of longer runs. The one downside I would point out is the upper support. There is almost none. I do most of my running through city streets. When taking a 90 degree turn at corners the top tends to roll a bit. It's not a huge deal, but something to be aware of. I'm on my 3rd pair and get an average of 450 miles on these. I still use the older ones for short rainy runs and they work just fine. Well worth the money.

I can't tell you how much I wanted these shoes to work as I loved the blue-citron colors and the trimmer, less clunky appearance; but sadly, I was disappointed from the moment I slipped them on. They have almost no cushioning at all and I felt like I was barefoot! I am a die-hard Saucony fan and so I was amazed at the poor construction of these shoes. I am a slender, 65 yr. old woman who's running days are past, but I walk daily. I have a neutral gait, my feet don't hurt but still these shoes offered no support. They are cute and very light weight but if you are a bit older with less padding on your heels and balls of your feet, this style is not for you. They might work for a petite, young runner who needs little in the way of cushioning. Thank you to Zappos for making returns so easy.

Excellent running shoe. Coming off the Kinvara 7, these were a Godsend. Soft mesh uppers that feel almost like a sock, with light but supportive foam beneath. The shoe combines the speed of the Kinvaras with the comfort of the Triumph ISOs. Sure, they are pricey, but if you're putting in more than 50 miles per week do you really want to settle for less than the best?

I'm have been all about Kinvara's...I bit it and tried this and absolutely love them. The fusion is another level. The fit was perfect from toe box to heal. The biggest problem I have his durability. I wore a hole in the toe in no time which is pretty disappointing considering the shoe is barely 6 months old and I barely put on miles any more. for that price point I expect more durability...the fasted shoe I have ever owned relegated to mowing the lawn ....

I normally wear 12s. I ordered a 12 and my toes touched the ends. Reordering next size up. The blue/black/citron is cool.

Fanastic running shoe. I'm not sure if I would say the same thing if I paid full price but for the sale price they seem to be a complete bargain.

These run incredibly small. Son wears a 6.5/7 and ultimately ended up with an 8.5

Great shoe - breathable, well made, stylish. I really liked that my foot felt snug, yet nowhere pinched. The shoe also kept my foot very stable on sharp turns. Lastly, the sole is fairly flexible while providing firm cushioning (not plush, but way more comfortable than minimalist-level)

I've been running in these shoes for the past 6 months and i am in love with this pair of shoes. As a distance runner for the track team i needed a comfortable and stylish shoe to run in and the Freedom Iso gives all that and more. Would 10/10 recommend this shoe!

I am training for my forst marathon and I strugle to find durable neutral shoes that support my stride. These are amazing trainers and I will also likely get another pair for race day. The only downside is price, but with their durability, I feel that they are worth the premium.

These shoes are great and worth the money if you're putting in the miles. They look sharp, and feel comfortable. Uppers are flexible and form to your foot. Feels light yet supportive. Can't wait to see what the next generation is like - I'm hooked.

These shoes are the best running shoes I've ever owned. They are my first pair of Saucony running shoes and will not be my last. I've owned dozens of Nike's, New Balance, Brooks, and Asics, however none of them provide the comfort of these Saucony's. The Saucony's are firm to the point that they don't move around my feet yet loose enough to feel like a sock. The cushioning below the toes and in the heel reduces pain in my knees and back when I jog/walk. They are also very light for what I consider to be a traditional running shoe. The height differential between my toes and heel feels balanced. I have owned shoes previously that pushed me forward in my stance and increased pressure on my joints. Would not recommend these for cross training because they are not designed for those activities. Will buy a few more pairs of this model.

The actual color is darker than in the photos. I wore Kinvara 7 before. This shoes are a bit heavier. But you get more comfort and durable upper mesh.

I really wanted to like this shoe and I was faster running in it (~5%). But the sizing is terrible and I tried a 10.5 (my normal running shoe size, too small), 11 (too small) and 11.5 (too big) before I gave up on the shoe.

Good shoe, fast shoe but they run a size small. I normally wear & 11.5 but had to get 12.5 for a comfortable fit.

If you like a lot of cushion, this is a very soft and cushiony shoe. It felt too mushy for me, requiring more effort with each step. This shoe runs about a half size small and the fit is low profile. No arch support, which is fine or even great, but there is also no structure to help keep your foot from sliding around so it can feel sloppy when running/walking. Otherwise, this would be a very attractive casual sneaker but at this price point I couldn't justify keeping it with my fit and feel preferences unmet.

I tried these on at a local store near me in a different colorway, I instantly fell in love with the cushion but not the color. I went home and ordered these because I enjoyed the way they looked over the others. I have run 30 miles in these so far and they are much firmer than what I had hoped for. Poor advertising in my opinion.

Overall this is a solid training shoe, especially for Boston when Spring training can be dicey with ice, snow and slushy terrain. They are a little heavy, but the ride is very grippy and the hard outer sole balances out the cushion. I was told due to the hard sole the shoes would last 500-600 miles. (I typically retire shoes after 250.) So far so good. My only complaint is that I am disappointed that my toes started breaking through the upper. This has never happened to any of my shoes before, it just seems like an overlooked flaw or poor construction. For the price upgrade I would expect more after only 100 or so miles. I don't foresee getting more than the usual 250-300 from these.

This shoe was extremely comfortable, lightweight, and provides a lot of cushioning. However, it offers VERY little side support. It is almost impossible to use this shoe for cross-fit, orange theory fitness, and other cardio/weight training classes. For example, when doing speed skater exercises... my foot kept sliding off the bottom sole and half of my foot would end up on the side of the shoe. I think this shoe's lack of side support could easily result in a twisted or sprained ankle.

As far as comfort and fit I have no complaint. Very light weight. Comfortable in motion. But like another reviewer, I am taking away stars for durability. I am not a runner, but I walk a bit. These shoes are worn a few hours each day, and once a week I'll put 10 to 15 km on them in one day. I don't consider that significant use. I have owned them since early April 2017. In July I could start to see my socks show thru the toe. Today (Aug 2) my toe is now through the shoe. I keep my nails trimmed and have no holes in my socks. So I'm not sure why a $160 pair of shoes should show such wear after only 4 months.
