I loved these booties, I wore them with everything - long, short, they worked with everything. Great for walking, which I do a lot of. This is my second pair of Fly London shoes, and fool me twice, as they say...they lasted a year before the rubber on the heel wore away and the air sole collapsed. From what I can tell, there's no fixing them. If they weren't so expensive, I could live with it, but when I pay over $200 for a pair of boots, I expect them to last longer than a year. Having a hell of a time figuring out a replacement for them, too, as they became a complete staple.

In reading many of the reviews, the prime complaint is a small toe box. I ordered the 39 in black. My left foot is a good half size smaller than my right. The left shoe felt fine. The right shoe was very tight in the toe box. I did wear lightweight socks. Normally, I wear an 8 or 8 1/2. I decided to order them in a 40, as well as order the graphite in a 39. Many items run differently across the same sizes. The 40 was very big and sloppy. The 39 graphite felt much better in size. I hope that the shoes feel comfortable with extended wear. I had been searching for a comfortable walking shoe with a wedge offering some height, as well as a fashionable style. These have an urban look to them. It is odd how some that I looked at in a store had a lot of sparkle in them (both the black "mousse" and the grey "graphite), while these do not. Seems to be a fair amount of lack of quality control.

I have been pining for these shoes for a year -tried them at a local shop who has not ever had my size in again. The shoes I tried on were supple genuine leather. The pair I received from Zappos are the same build quality overall but in a much cheaper material--I really do not think it is leather, if it is it is not the quality I expect from this brand. These are marked made in China so I am assuming the brand made some changes as I thought these were originally manufactured in Portugal. These are going back -- I might as well try the Sketchers at a cheaper price.

I bought three pair of FLY LONDON BOOTS , in London abt. 8 yrs ago. Just because one pair had patent leather. Those three pair look great still. I have screws in my back and I discovered that their patented heel , made it easier to walk. I could walk.all day w/o my back hurting. They still have the patented heel but they used to be made in Portugal. Now that FLY LONDON hir American, they are made in china and you have to take extra care of them to make them last. They never changed the price. In fact the price went up.

So I ordered 2 pairs of these -each in a different color -one from Amazon and the other from Zappos. I double checked and the Amazon retailer is legit. I read all the reviews and decided I needed to order a size up (40) for my size 8.5 feet. The pair from Zappos was made in China and they fit perfect and the pair from Amazon was made in Portugal and they were 2 sizes too big. They also had slightly different inclines. Both shoes were very wide. Unless one of them is a fake, they have got some major consistency issues in manufacturing between the different countries. I am returning them both because they are too wide and bulky to wear with skinny jeans.

I really like this brand generally speaking and had high hopes for this bootie. I almost kept them but even with a insert I felt they were too wide and felt clunky on my foot. I wanted something more refined. I considered going a size down but think they would be too short in the foot. The toe bed is wide even with thick socks. I consistantly wear size 38 in the 4 other pairs of Fly London shoes I own so can compare based on these. On a positive note, if you have a wide foot then you will be really happy with these. The leather is also soft. Hope this review helps someone decide. Im disappointed they didnt work.

These shoes are very cheaply made and not worth the price. I felt like they could be found at H&M. $200 is wayyy to much. The leather feels cheap and there is no arch support what so ever. Too bad, I was hoping for more.

I love these boots! I wanted height, but without all that pressure on the ball of my foot -- these are platforms with a slight heel, so that was PERFECT. They look tough/cool but are so SO comfortable; the rubber soles, padded insole, and soft leather all work together. I've worn them for two entire days of standing & walking, and they were almost as easy as a pair of slippers. My first pair of Fly London shoes, but definitely not my last.

It took a few tries with these boots. I am a 6.5-7 typically and so first ordered 37. Way too tight, wore them around the house to see if they would loosen, no luck. Ordered 37 Wide, way to loose and actually bigger in length. Then I ordered the 38 and this was the best fit. However, now that I've worn them several times, they have loosened up and are a little big but comfortable. I think Fly London needs some better quality control because other styles in 37 fit me fine.

MY FIRST BUT DEFINITELY NOT MY LAST REVIEW... I first found FLY LONDON, six years ago & ordered a pair from London just because they were patent leather, not knowing they would change my life. I have two screws in my back and I can't walk long but they have a heel that they have a patent on that makes them so comfortable that I can walk for hours and work more now because of these shoes. Another place sent me the wrong color in THE YIP& I AM SO HAPPY BECAUSE.....I found zappos! The booties I love and they are so comfortable. I was more impressed w/ the customer service. I called in my order and I was talking to a young man for over an hour. I bought another pair with these and plan on buying my shoes from here from now on. LADIES, if you want confort, it doesn't feel like a heel because the front part is an inch & then it goes up to another two inches. From a woman who couldn't walk for an hour w/o having to sit down to going on vacations and walking for hours and my back doesn't hurt til I finally sit down. You have to try a pair, they made some changes of where they are made but they still have the same heel so they are worth every penny to me. Thank you Zappos for having such a wicked website and THE BEST! customer service agents I have talked to!

I am an 8.5, medium so ordered 39 - ( solid in 8.5, 39 in Sanita, Nike, Bernie Mev) Had to return and get the 40, as the toe was tight. Turns out, the 40's are too big, but the toe box is still tight! SO disappointed, having heard great feedback on theses shoes. Sadly going back....

Earlier this year I purchased the Fly London Yip in wide. They are the cutest boot ever and so incredibly comfortable. But the wide was too wide for my foot, they felt like they were always about to fall off. So, I ended up buying the normal/medium width and it's perfect! The wide pair did stretch slightly so I'm expecting these to do the same. I'm excited I finally bought the pair that fit correctly. I wear these boots with everything.

The Yip is my all-time favorite boot. The weekend I bought my first pair I walked 10 miles and had no pain or blisters - which is amazing because I have a wide foot with a narrow heel and a high instep, so finding shoes that are comfy is a challenge. My first pair lasted three years, and I work on my feet so that's a LOT of milage! Definitely recommend.

I love these and have tried FOUR sizes and widths to get it right! I'm usually an 8 medium width, and it turns out the 38 Yip WIDE is the best for me. The 38 regular was just so tight in the toes! I saw some other reviews that mentioned that but figured it wouldn't matter for my foot. In this case, it did! Otherwise they are GREAT, very cool looking and I love this Diesel Suede color.

Sadly, this shoe was just not cute on my foot. They looked kind of clunky and orthopedic on me. I'm sure on someone with a little more style, these would look super hip and cute! Just not for me. They were VERY comfortable and easy to walk in. I wish I could keep them. As far a size goes, I'm pretty much a 7 in all shoes (I used to be a 6.5. But apparently getting older makes your feet grow). Anyway, the size 38 was a perfect fit for me. I definitely couldn't go any smaller.

Felt flimsy around the ankle area and upper foot. I think that I would have twisted an ankle wearing these boots.

I loved the look of these boots. Unfortunately, when they came to me, they were scuffed. The suede looked beautiful but seemed delicate as they appear to have been damaged in shipping. They also felt narrow in the toe box. Had they not been scuffed, I likely would have kept as I think they would have stretched? given how soft the leather was.

The fit was great...true to size. I like good arch support...this could have used more. I love the oiled, suede look and stacked bottom. It can be dressed up or worn more casually. I feel great in these shoes! Definitely make my shorty legs feel long!

Very cute booties. I have narrow feet so they are a bit wide for me, but since it’s very cold this winter I’m using thick socks which takes care of that issue. Love the color and style. Great traction as well.

These fit very loosely. Not as comfy as I imagined, but the heel height is just right, and I can wear them and walk in them all day with no discomfort. I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur and was looking for a shoe to help take the pressure off of my heel, and these work great!

I wear these literally everyday! I love the style and the comfort. I got the size 40 and they are perfect. The inside of this bootie is sooooo soft (I wear socks so I don't really get any benefit out of this but though. I found a red suede pair of these boots and bought them also! Fly London is my new favorite brand of shoes.

Love these boots! They are very warm and comfortable, you can dress them up or down!

These are so comfy! I have worn them often and done lots of walking in them. They do run on the larger side, but I wear my normal size of them with socks.

I wear a 39 in any European sized shoes, and these booties are no exception. Super comfortable and easy to walk in. Plus they make me feel more fashionable than I actually am!

Super comfortable and a great color other than my usual black. I'm in a warm climate so these fit well and the lining is cushy comfortable. They would be too sug, however, if I had to wear socks.
