The pandemic has taught us many lessons. During the initial lockdown many of us found ourselves with an altered wardrobe. We realized what we would wear if we didn't have to go in to work, out to socialize. For me, these shorts, with or without long underwear beneath, are what I would rather be wearing if given the choice. I ware them running, cycling, hiking, around the yard, laying on the couch, swimming, I have slept in them.

I bought these shorts about a month ago and they are the most comfortable and breathable workout shorts I have ever used. I have not used them for running yet, but am sure the will work great for that.

Awesome shorts for running and not bad for yoga too. The shorts are light and travel very well. The pockets are good. The zipper pocket on the side is perfect for a small wallet, but it's not big enough for a phone. I chose size small and it's a bit on slim side for sure. I am 5'10", 167lbs always in between sizes small and medium.

great short for all activities. I took Aptin Short on a weekend trip to CA and used it for running, playing tennis, going to the beach. i have athletic thighs and this short fits me perfectly. Not too tight and not too baggy. I really like that there is no integrated briefs. this way i can wash only my underwear and use short next day or in the afternoon. i am 5'9", 169lb, pants 31 waist . have Aptin size S.

One of my favorite all time shorts. I have them in 3 colors. I wear them for hiking, trail running, and even tennis as they have deep enough pockets. After tennis I jump in the ocean as these are quick dry shorts and can easily be worn in the water. A+ quality and super customer service from Arc'tyrex. I'm 6ft tall, 184 and a size large fits great.

Great shorts! I wear them daily. The fit is great and fabric is quality. I'm 6' tall and around 90kg's. Initially I went for large but found they were too big. Opted for medium, which fit great! Love the pockets. Highly recommended!

Bought one....then bought another. These shorts fit great. I'm 5'10" 180lbs and large fit well. I originally purchased med but a little narrow. I like wearing these casually so the large provided a little extra room. A bit expensive for sure but they will last.

I've been really impressed with these shorts. I've battled against any kind of short designed for athletics - which has large hand pockets. IMO hand pockets have zero place ini shorts where high stepping, or any significant leg movement beyond walking is involved. That being said, I needed to find a high end pair of training/hiking/running short so I gave these a shot. Again, been super impressed not only with how low profile the hand pockets are, but also how stretchy and breathable the material is. All the other pockets are expertly designed and appropriately placed. Love how they fit and move when training and running. They also easily transition to a casual pair of shorts for kicking around town. Have purchased two pairs.

If I could only have one pair of shorts for activities or lounging it would be these shorts. They are unlined and I have even swam in them several times. I own two pairs and plan to buy another color other than black. These have a relaxed fit for me (Sz M) at 5'10" and 185 lbs with a 32" waist and thicker thighs. I wear them for all types of activities, from workouts to casual bike outings (they are a bit baggy for mountain biking and catch on my seat while standing up). The regular pockets are quite welcomed and make them more versatile for caring a phone or wallet if your are running around town. I wouldn't carry anything other than a key or cash/cards while exercising though in the zippered stow pocket on the right hip. Inside the right thigh pocket is a mesh key pocket, which will fit a key fob or pocket knife and keep it from floating around. I like the length of these and they end up just at my key cap, so they don't scream that they are a workout short or that "I'm a 1970's pick-your-sport coach". Anyways, the pockets have a breathable fabric that lets water drain and isn't just see-through mesh. I really like the feel of the waist band that has a soft elastic fabric that rolls over the top so you should never chafe. I'm just going to buy another pair now

I have a few pairs of these shorts. I love them. They are very versatile shorts. Wear them for all activities and even work well as swim trunks. I would love to see these in a pants version because I WANT POCKETS, which Incendo pants lack. I don't get pants and shorts without pockets. Where does one put a phone and keys without pockets? And do pockets really interfere with one's running stride?

Purchased last spring and have been my goto's all summer. Hiking. running and around town are fantastic mainly because NO UNDERWEAR REQUIRED. Its hot in eastern NC and the last thing I want is to add another layer. The material is just thick enough to hide the goods but not too heavy for a 5 mile run. For a 10+ miler, I'd wear something lighter. Great over padded baselayer for mountain biking. They don't absorb moisture so forget about having. a wet nylon layer stuck to your skin in blistering heat. the material floats above the skin. i have thick quads and a strong core 34 inch waste and the medium is a dream. high wasted means not riding up in the cracks. buying the rest of the colors at least 3 more pair. thank you Arc T

Great all around shorts, comfortable to run in as if they are not there and when you need them they are ready to go. Look great as will hiking and backpacking.

I've had a pair for four years. I wear them all the time - in town or when out on the trail hiking or running. I finally bought a second pair although the original is still going strong. The Arcteryx logos on my original pair is faded but I kinda prefer it that way. I don't wear Arcteryx to flash the label.

I have had these shorts for nearly 4 years. They have seen 1000s of miles of running in the Northumberland hills and are as good today as the day I bought them. They have a handy pocket for your phone - inside the main - as well as zip pocket for a key or AirPod case. The only downsides. The logo has washed off and they rustle a bit, which makes it hard to sneak out for an early morning run unnoticed!

Best shorts by far. These are by go to shorts. I bought 1 pair and 3 days later i order 2 more pairs. I've tried many shorts like Patagonia Baggies, The North Face BETTER THAN NAKED LONG HAUL SHORTS, etc. and these have been the best so far. Shorts have a 4 way stretch that allow you move without any restrictions, dry quickly, look and feel amazing

I absolutely love these shorts! Built super tough and very comfortable all day long. I was between sizes and went the size up for a little room, and for me it was the right decision. I have nothing bad to say about these shorts Whatsoever.

Perfect for lounging around the cabin, and even better as pajama bottoms. For running/ hiking, not so much because of the lack of a sewn-in brief.

Almost feels like you are wearing nothing at all. Fast drying material makes these shorts a treat. I used to wear pattagucci baggie shorts, not anymore!
