Love these shoes and wore them in college however, after a foot surgery, I have an awful time getting shoes to fit. I am going to try to order a men's pair which may fit better for my foot issue.

They bring me back to my high school days! I absolutely love them. I’m a size 7.5 and that’s what I ordered, and they fit perfectly.

I love them so much that I just gave a pair to a friend and she loves them as well. I have arthritis in my feet: comfort is everything but let’s be realistic... they should also be cute. Tretorns are perfect: lightweight, supportive, and incredibly comfy. They wash well... I air-dry them but they’d be fine in the dryer on a rack. The laces are cotton and STAY TIED, unlike some others. Mine are on regular (almost daily) rotation and the ones I gave to a friend... she’s expecting and they’re a great fit as well! Can’t go wrong... get a pair now!

Haven’t worn Tretorns in years and they feel just as good today as in 1970-something. Got the white with deep blue to wear with jeans and casual pants, for a stylish but not trendy look. Everything old is new again .....

Listen when it comes to casual sneakers I've had Converse, Adidas, Gola, New Balance, and probably more. THESE TAKE THE CAKE. They're chic and easy at the same time. Also crazy comfy and go with pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, all of it. And you don't see them everywhere, which I like. I'm usually an 8-8.5 and the 8 in these is perfect with room to wiggle my toes. Do yourself a favor and order a can of Scotch Guard so they stay clean. I'm buying my sister a pair for Christmas - they're that good.

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn. They are soft yet supportive. I wore these shoes all over Europe and we walked over 20,000 steps a day and they didn't disappoint. They are pretty dirty and if I can't get them back to white, I'll be ordering another pair. I'm a size 7 and these are true to size for me.

I wore these shoes out of the box on vacation, walking 4-7 miles per day for one week. There was no breaking in period, and they were SUPER comfortable. Every shoe is different on each person but for me, these are the most comfortable shoes I own. I walk A LOT for work and have worn many comfort brands of shoes. I also liked that they don't look like gym sneakers and that you can dress them up a little. And finally, as other reviewers have said, it's fun to wear shoes that I wore in 1983 when I was in the 7th grade!

Really cute white canvas sneaker. I normally wear a size 9 except in Stuart Weitzman I wear an 8.5. The 8.5 was perfect. Super comfortable and I wear them without socks. I now have two white pairs because I like them so much

As good as I remember from my younger days! They aren’t made for being on your feet all day. But they are incredibly comfortable.

I've always been skeptical of canvas sneakers because I assume they wouldn't be supportive or comfortable. However, these pairs proved me wrong. These shoes not only look great but feels amazing as well! It is has a thick and cushiony insole. I would gladly recommend these to anyone.

These are comfortable and true to size. I am quite tall and wear a size 10 shoe, so the wrong shoes can look like battleships anchored to my feet. These look great and do not make my feet look larger than they are. (I purchased the white-on-white.) I would definitely buy another pair...I'm eyeballing the white with green right now!

This is a traditional style canvas tennis shoe. Nothing flashy or unique, just a good worker getting the job done. The cushioning of the foot bed felt nice. I returned them because they were just too narrow overall to be truly comfortable for my slightly wider feet. For comparison, I love Alegria shoes and usually wear New Balance running shoes, both of which have room toe boxes that accommodate my foot with great comfort and ease.

Normally a size 10. I purchased a 9. Although they felt great, still looked too big on my feet. I may try again with another color.

Omg - reading reviews I ordered a 5.5 M. Usually a 5M. My suggested size was 5.5. They were enormous! I was hesitant but I had ordered the leather in a 5M and they were really small! So both pairs went back. I ordered a white/white/white canvas in a 5M and they are a tiny bit roomy but that’s ok. They feel comfy. These sneakers are my preferred brand. I do prefer leather for fall and winter but they were shaped oddly and I could tell sizing up to 5.5 wouldn’t help. I’ll keep the canvas!

These Tretorns were disappointing. The sizing is off I used to wear them years ago, and haven't bought a pair in about 10 years. Wanting a cute, casual pair of tennis shoes, I picked these out. I ordered a 10.5. Usually a 10 will fit me in most shoes, but for an athletic shoe, sometimes I size up to 10.5 or 11. The 10.5 was too small and my toe was pushing up against the end. I returned them (thanks to Zappos for being great about returns and exchanges!!!) and got an 11, which was better in the length, but the width was huge. The width in the 10.5 wasn't a problem, so I double checked to make sure they were marked as a medium width and they were... They're just built funny. Also worth noting, the tongue on the shoe is not padded at all, and there's no loop on the top of the tongue for the laces to keep the tongue from slipping to the side. I thought that both a padded tongue and the tongue loop were features on Tretorn tennis shoes years ago. They must be cutting back, which is unfortunate. The size 11 went back (thank you AGAIN Zappos) and the search continues.

So comfortable. More padding and support than similar shoes.

I have been wearing Tretons for decades. Was so excited a couple of years ago when I realized that I could buy them from Zappos. I continue to buy a new pair every year or two from Zappos. And now looks like - with most fashions - I am back in style again with them. Timeless!

Love tretorns and this shoe was no exception. Comfy, stylish, and not blisters or rubbing on long walks.

I had a pair of these in the 1980's. I am so glad they are back in style. VERY comfy. My college aged daughter now wants a pair. I only wish that I could have gotten the navy stripe but they were never available. Still happy with the all white.
