This is a great and versatile shoe. I sail a bit and this shoe is perfect for both boating and land-based activities. I also took it to the gym with me and it worked fine there. The shoe looks great and it's super light and comfortable. I like it so much, I plan to get one more pair in a different color soon. Please note that they run a bit smaller. I normally wear men's 9.5 and have another Sperry shoe that is 9.5. However, this one runs smaller to I had to get a 10.

Got these for swimming in NY lakes with rocks and mussels and whatnot, and was thinking they would kind of double as all-day shoes. They are great in the water for going up rocks, in and out of the boat etc, and could also be ok for all-day walking or biking. The problem is once they have been fully submerged they won't be dry again for at least a day. If you were doing like a kayak trip or all day boating where you are in and out of the water you wouldn't really notice, but they start to feel kind of gross if the rest of your body is drying out, and especially the next day when they haven't quite dried out.

Excellent traction on slick floors. Attractive with or without socks. Very comfortable.

Comfortable out of the box and lightweight. Would buy again.

These new boat sneakers (my term) are a great cross between a traditional boat shoe and fishing sneakers. They have great grip on the boat deck, are very comfortable and look great with jeans, shorts, or casual slacks. I really like them

The sneaker has a lot of mesh in the front so your feet can breathe easily. There is not as much cushion as a regular walking sneaker. These look great and feel great.

Went back and forth trying on sizes. Seemed like me regular size of 8 was cramped but 8.5 was long and still cramped. I went with the 8. Used shoe trees to stretch, worked good if I put the shoes on right away but then went back to cramped. Ok I'm determined to make these shoes work cause they can feel good and lok good. So I think I figured it out. Once you put the shoes on, with socks, is tight and odd, can't wiggle my toes. However after about 15 minutes walking around, the shoes open up and basically conform to how my feet are, and yes I can then single my toes. They become so comfortable I don't even know I'm wearing them and are cool.

Very light weight comfortable sneakers. They have a relaxed style and fit, with lots of cushioning in the soles. Definitely one of my favorite pairs of Sperry's for sure!

Can stand on saltwater flats boat all day in comfort and without slipping. Also great on my bass boat operating foot pedal trolling motor. Agree with some of the reviewers that you should consider going up a half size from norm.

I bought a couple different styles to wear when walking my dogs a couple times a day. These are so light and comfortable that I don't even think about wearing the other pairs. I have a grey pair and will have to get a blue pair in the near future.
