I just ordered my second pair!

Beautiful jeans - great value for the money. Flattering for the butt, the legs look a mile long. Constraining and uncomfortable for the stomach - my issue, not the jean's. These would be perfect if not for the muffin top it accentuates. For this reason I opted to keep the Levi's 314 shaping jeans instead (more flattering to the waist). The 714s are perfect for those without midsection troubles :)

If only I had the legs of the girl in the picture! :-) Interestingly, I ordered this color in a size larger than the darker pair of these same jeans and the lighter color fit tighter... ? Have to send back for now...

Loved the color and the stretch in these jeans, but they still didn't fit me "right." Had to return, but would definitely recommend them if you have a shape that can pull off straight leg styles well! The waist was super comfortable too

I'm a longtime Levi's lover and was surprised that the waist nips in so much - it's more like a curvy fit there. So I'll be going up one size. But the legs are nicely slim (in-between skinny & straight), closer to Levi's 518 Straight jeans.

These fit true to size--I'm a 6 and the 28 fit fine. However, if you're kind of curvy, know that the waistband is straight--i.e. same height in the back as the front. It didn't gap in the back, which is my usually problem with jeans, but the ones that come up higher in back and lower in front usually fit me better. Also, between the facts that the back pockets are kind of low and that they were kind of tight in the bum, these can make you look like your butt is kind of flat! If your figure is more straight-up-and-down, though, these could be good.

I'm trying to find a replacement for Levi's 505 jeans. 505 came in women's sizes. I wore an 8 that fit perfectly. I was very disappointed that Levi changed it's sizing. I've worn men size 32 successfully, but a 32 in this style was huge. Very disappointed and had to return them. The color was Cast Shadows, which appeared almost black in the picture, but it was just a regular denim color. So I wasn't happy with the color either, but would have kept them if they had fit.

As others have mentioned, these run large. The problem is the way the sizing is described on the website. I had to use my waist and hip measurements in inches, rather than a size like 10, 12, 14 etc. When the pants arrived, the tag shows both sizes (inches and 10, 12, etc) and this pair translates my inches to size 16!!! I have never worn a size 16 and IF this information had been in the description, I would have never ordered this size! These pants fall off of me, but since I have no idea if I should go down 1 or 2 sizes, I will probably not reorder. If they hadn't been huge in my waist-hip area, I would have loved them.
