I have been using Zappos for YEARS. I am a VIP client and have always received my packages next day delivered by UPS. This most recent order of mine was sent via Amazon delivery, its been in transit for two days with no ETA. I am very unhappy that Zappos has chosen to use this method of delivery without notifying the clients of the change at the time of order. If I wanted to wait, I could've ordered it on Amazon Prime and probably gotten it quicker. If this is going to be the norm going forward, I would anticipate your business to drop. You will at least lose mine.

Ridiculously comfortable—not very sexy. I wear these every day. This bra give me a terrific shape and I don’t want to tear it off as soon as I get in the house (or car, a neat trick). Only complaint is they can be very warm in summer but just discovered the non-padded version. Wonderful!

I really wanted this bra to be perfect. It looked perfect with a front closure, which I wanted. I ordered two sizes just to make sure I'd get the right fit. I tried on the 36DD and it fit, or so I thought. After wearing it the next day I discovered that it rides up my back. Very, very annoying and uncomfortable. I believe that this is due to the fact that you cannot adjust the shoulder straps and the material used in the back and sides of the bra (because it is supposed to be some kind of "no back bulge" type bra) does not stay put. It's too flimsy and flexible. I don't think that moving to a 34DD would be the answer............ I love Spanx, but this bra is a big disappointment.

Totally awesome bra for me. I find it very flattering, comfortable and well-made. Enjoy the smoothing back. For me, it stays in place just fine. I am about 60 years old and wear a 38B. The bra I used to purchase stopped making my size. This is a better bra all around.

This is not the Original Spanx Brallelujah. It is now way to compressive for my spine issues. All the extra ruching added for support in back band makes it ride up the shoulders toward the neck and the bra cups have diagonal seaming which is uncomfortable and unnatural looking. I did use Spanx size guide before ordering. Actually measured three times before placing my order.

I think the straps are a little too tight, which makes the bra ride up. but overall very comfortable

This bra is great! So comfortable. The straps never slip. I usually have so many issues with gapping cups and slipping straps, but not with this bra. My only complaint is that the straps are really wide, but other than that I highly recommend!

This is by far the most comfortable bra I have worn! This is the one I reach for constantly. The wide band in the back eliminates bra fat, and the smooth cup works great under tshirts and knit tops. The only "problem" is that the band is not adjustable, so as it stretches out a bit you can't make it tighter. I've had it 6 months, worn it at least 5 days a week, and it is ready to be replaced. I'm ok with that since it is so darn comfortable! :)

It was tricky getting the size right, but I am so happy to be able to purchase the Bra lleluiah from Zappos. I had originally ordered three styles directly from Spanx and had to return all three. Their shipping both ways was very expensive. This bra is great for it’s simplicity of style. Truth be told, no bra in larger sizes is comfortable, but this one comes close.

I have to say the straps on this bra and the material are extremely comfortable. The reason for my rating is because of the front close they have to make the bra tight for when it stretches, but until it does it feels too tight and has the affect of pushing my fat out.

I wear a 36C in every brand. This 36C was too small and rode up in the back. The straps were well positioned and it felt like they would never fall down (I have this issue with all my bras so was disappointed that I had to return this bra.).

The cup is bigger, the around stripes are tight. The problem is the arm pit area is tight.

Very nice material in straps and body of bra. I am sending back because the straps aren't adjustable and so the back pulls up badly. They run small.

Reviews are pretty accurate. I found the bra well made and soft and was hoping it would work but the back did hike up too much. It needs adjustable longer straps to avoid this. Send it back.

Definitely the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. Doesn't poke, dig, or cause any annoying issues. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the only drawback is the non-adjustable straps, otherwise this would be the perfect bra.

New holy grail bra!! Could wear this every day!! So comfy and supportive even for my 36D bust!! Love, love, love the clasp in the front and the flat lay of the back. Couldn’t have designed a better bra myself! A++, Spanx!

I just purchased two of these...I have been wearing these bras for years now and love them. Each style modification that SPANX does to them makes each better than the one that it has replaced. This bra is no exception. This is the best fit ever~the comfort factor has always been good with these bras, but, this one is the most comfortable yet. The materials are always top notch...you get what you pay for. If you follow care instructions you will get a lot of wear from these bras. I am a 34D and both the support and shaping make all of my clothes look great. These bras are awesome work horses!

Fit is off with this bra. it runs small. I'm a pretty standard 36B in most brands, and I was spilling over the underarm band and out of the cups on this one. I went up in cup size and the fit was better. The underarm area might still be too small, but I think a 38 will be too large, especially since this is a front clasp (nonadjustable) style and the straps have no adjustments. Anyway, now that I have a better fit, this is quite comfortable.

This is a fabulous bra. If you are perfect size. There are no adjustments so if irregular as some women are might not work

Underwire digs in - I no longer have packaging to return. Uncomfortable.

awkward styling and the cups are extremely padded.

fit and size were perfect.....loved the fabric.....need to exchange because the clasp is nearly impossible to undo.....the black spanx bra (same as this one) worked perfectly
