Really comfortable shoe that did not require a break-in period. Clarks often work very well for my duck feet - wide in the front, narrow heels. I wasn't sure if I would like the wide band, but it looks nice. I'm tempted to get another color.

Super cute and comfy! I ordered red and sage and would have kept both except the red left shoe was slightly bigger than the sage left shoe. Sage is more of a gray/taupe. Great neutral.

These are wonderful! I have high arches and a bunion. Finding shoes that look attractive and I can walk in is a rare find. These are perfect for me. I bought the sage and the red (which is beautiful), and went back for the black ones. They have enough wriggle-room for my toes, adequate arch support, and don't slip off my skinny heels. The strap across the top is a bit snug, but not a problem, as they provide a stability to the shoes. I ordered a 6 1/2 and the fit is perfect. I wear them mostly with skirts and they would be perfect with pants, too. I don't normally spend this much on shoes, but I finally found a pair of shoes that work for me. Thank you Zappos!!

These are attractive, well made shoes. It's hard for me to find Mary Janes where the strap doesn't rub on my metatarsal bumps. The elastic holds the shoe snugly without the pressure of a hard strap. It's lightweight and cushy on the inside. But there's still room for some light arch supports should I need for a lot of walking. The black leather is shiny and dressy enough for dinner out but feels like a shoe made to 'truckin'. Another winner from Clarks.

I own this adorable leather shoe in Red and Sage. I wear size 7 wide - and wides are hard to find. Well --- love this shoe (looks like a ballet slipper). Soft leather with added stitching on top, so comfortable, and great colors. The Red is more like a brick Red - and the Sage is completely neutral (I'm actually wearing my Sage pair right now). I find this style to run 1/2 larger --- so I ordered 6-1/2 wide - and they're perfect. The wide stretchy band holds the shoe in place. I always wear medium-weight socks. For women of all ages. I highly recommend these shoes.

Very comfortable and cute! Not as much arch support as I was hoping for but still comfortable to wear all day long.

These are so comfortable. I love Mary Jane shoes and these look great with jeans. The strap is snug but not real noticable. They appear to be true to size.

These have a nice bounce to them but the strap is a bit tight. Hopefully it will loosen

I love these shoes! I bought them because I was spending six hours on my feet teaching several days a week and quickly found I needed some good shoes. These shoes are stylish and SO comfortable, and I've had lots of complements. I love the red color and it goes with a lot more than I would expect. I'm just sad that I can no longer find the size I bought (11) anywhere, or I would buy another pair or two in other colors.

ordered these in the mustard yellow and i love them. they are super comfy. took me a little while to get used to the strap across the top - it's a little snug (i have high arches and i'm overweight). these would be too hot to wear int eh summer but i've worn them thus far in the fall without socks and been very comfortable. no issues with foot sweat or sticky insoles - the insole is actually a soft suede so it's cooler to me. i'd totally buy these again, and am considering it in the red!

These shoes are super comfortable and will server me well. I ended up having to order the greenish/gray ones and they are actually more of a taupe. I would have liked Black or Red, but they were out of my size. I have a wide-ish foot so I got the Wide width in a 9.5 and they were perfect. I have problem feet right now, having developed a neuroma on one foot. These still have room for a cushiony orthotic. Glad I found them.

Wow, I love these shoes. I have a very hard time with closed shoes especially with a slightly shorter toe box. These are perfect. I got my usual 7W and perfection. It's so rare shoes are roomy enough in the toes. They fit my high instep perfectly thanks to the wide stretchy band. I got YELLOW - adorable with jeans.

I just developed neuropathy in my feet. I didn't think I would find cute shoes I could wear without socks, but these are better than fine—they're actually comfy. My feet are on the narrow side & fit is perfect in my usual size.

I walk a moderate amount at my job and have had a hard time finding comfy shoes. This pair of shoes are the best! They are comfortable and I haven't had issues breaking them in! I have fairly wide feet and these fit perfectly!

I love these shoes! I have purchased them in all 4 colors. They are very comfortable, and after removing the inner sole, my orthotics fit in perfectly. I have issues with my feet and should wear more structured gym shoes, but these are the best alternative I've found for when I just don't want to be wearing gym shoes. The best part is that I always get compliments on them, and several people have purchased them after seeing mine. I love my Clarks!

Fits really nice and comfortably. Fun and functional mary jane. I did get blisters the first time I wore, but after that was great.

Keeping these! Very comfy, supportive, padded insole. Feels sturdy on my foot, as opposed to ballet flats, which tend to slip off. Rubs a bit around the heel (top of heel counter, against my ankle) but it feels like that will break in just fine. They make my feet look a bit clunky, but are still cute in a funky way. The style is growing on me, and in the black color, with black tights, the strap becomes much less visible and the shoes look reasonably polished. Could definitely wear with a skirt, and although I haven't walked in them outside yet, they feel like they'll be comfortable for city walking. The elastic strap is snug, as others have said, but not too snug. It doesn't cut across my high mid-foot, and lays closer to my ankle, so it's quite comfortable.
