To answer last reviewer, this is how you can go wrong: In order to check the balance, you have to CALL, (strike 1), provide or create an account (strike 2), give out personal email & physical address -my own or the giver's info - I don't think so! (strike 3). How about you add a "check gift card balance" to your site, Zappos? Aren't you part of amazon? Sheesh, what a waste of time, and I still don't know the balance on the card.

Had this sent to my kid away at school . It was delivered in a shoe box -that might seem cute but what a waste of materials and fuel to send it that way. Had I known I would have sent it electronically. Please give your customers a heads up about this-some folks might like it I guess, but many will find it land fill fodder. thank you for listening.

I just bought a card to be sent to my niece, but it didn’t give me any opportunity to add a message so she would know who it was from or why!

I ordered gift cards to equal the value I needed. Surprised they were delivered in a full size shoe box! Unless this is for marking purposes, it seems they could have easily been packaged in an envelope.

I read a previous, similar review but thought the problem by now would have been corrected. With "Covid self-quarantine", I decided to sent my three grown children Zappos gift cards for birthday gifts. Nothing wrong with that as we all love Zappos. However, it is true that the gift card is sent in a large, wasteful box and no where does it tell the recipient who it is from! I thought I may have missed the opportunity to send a greeting or even a "From Mom" somewhere on the online order but after ordering a second one, determined it just doesn't exist. Not much of a surprise if you have to tell the person ahead of time that it will be arriving.

I didn’t realize until recently that Zappos has gift cards. It worked out perfectly as a Christmas gift for someone who couldn’t come to town to spend the holidays.

I ordered a Zappos gift card for my son-in-law for Christmas and it was delivered fast. I wrapped the big box it came it so he wouldn't know it was a gift card. He loves Zappos so I'm glad he can purchase what he wants and I don't have to worry about returning anything.

The salesperson did everything to help me send the two gift cards anonymously. My daughter was deeelighted. Zappos is awesome.

I buy the Zappos gift cards every year for my sister for Christmas. She is hard to buy for and does loads of shopping at Zappos so it’s the perfect gift for her!!

I used this purchase to convert a work-awarded gift card into a Zappos gift card so that I could purchase running shoes using two forms of payment. I received the gift card quickly and it was easy to make the additional two-payment purchase of my new sneakers. It was only after I placed the order, however, that I realized I could have purchased an E-certificate and completed the entire transaction on the same day. I'll remember for the future.

Reviewing a gift-card here, so can't really say the shoe feels great or looks fabulous. However, what I can say is the customer service I received in ordering this gift-card in addition to the followup call I made about my order was more than hospitable and welcoming and I am extremely appreciative of Zappos amazing customer service.

Money!

Fit's most people great. It was a little weird to wear this to a christmas party because it only covered about 3 square inches of me but everyone complimented me on my outfit choice. I can't think of a single person who would be disappointed with this because ZAPPOS never disappoints.

It took way too long to receive the gift cards! Why weren’t they sent in a packing envelope instead of a box?!? Completely missed my daughter’s birthday!

Since my daughter has her own mind on things, I purchased a gift card. This way, she gets to choose what she likes and try things on to be sure the fit is comfortable. She also likes their fast service so she won't have to wait long to receive whatever she purchases. This process works very well for both of us. I recommend you give it a try if you have not done so already.

I ordered 4 gift cards for my 4 grandchildren and had them sent to my address so that I might personalize them before sending. I was really surprised to receive 4 shoeboxes with a gift card in each box!

I bought the gift card. Made me smile when it arrived. Thanks Zappos. Wrapped up that mailer and it looked lovely ?? under the tree. It was going to be a stocking stuffer, but what the heck. Our son loved it. He goes through soccer shoes like crazy.
