It is a good thing that I accidentally sent the gift card to myself as it was delivered in a shoe-sized box in an envelope with some kind of computer code that showed the value of the card. Inside that envelope was a blank birthday card (gift card attached) and separated from its blank envelope. Definitely not what I wanted my mom to receive! If you choose to purchase this item and want to send a gift card to someone, definitely leave time to send it to yourself so you can fill it out properly and mail it or hand it over. Don't have Zappos send it. :)

I received the gift card quickly and with a nice card that I could sign. However, it arrived in a shoe box, which seems very wasteful to me. It would be more environmentally friendly for this to come in an envelope or small padded package.

I ordered a Zappos birthday gift card for my son who typically orders his running shoes from your website. I received the card in record time and the sales person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and was of great help. Will reorder in the future. I was required to enter my ratings for comfort and style in order for my review to go through. Obviously, this seems silly since I never received a product and my son hasn't used his card yet. You may want to change your review questions and put not applicable as one of the selections. Just a thought.....

Given how easy it is to use this site, getting a gift card was surprisingly clumsy. In addition, I wanted a standard gift card, the one with a bow, to use for a holiday gift. Another person had asked about the fact that s/he was seeing a birthday card when they placed the order, but they were told not to worry, that the correct one would print out. I saw the birthday card when I checked out, but printed optimistically—and got a birthday card. This is plain silly. Really, Zappos? You do so much right! Fix this!

Gift card was quick and easy. The shoe box was cute but we were mailing it, so it was wasted. You might want to make that an option? Thanks.

the gift card accompanied by an actual card is a great idea. I ordered one and had it mailed directly to the recipient. It arrived within a couple of days. The only drawback to the card - and hence the 4 star instead of 5 star rating - is that I was offered no way to include a gift message on the card or ensure that the recipient knew who sent it. (Comfort and Style ratings are included only because I could not submit the review without them.)

Utilize Zappos regularly and appreciate the effectiveness of your business.

The birthday card and gift card I ordered were fine and arrived quickly. My only complaint is that Zappos packed the card in a shoe box instead of just sending it in a Manila envelope. Crazy waste of packaging and shipping.

Gift card delivered just as should be. Speedy as usual for Zappos. They did come in a rather large box while could be shipped in an envelope. However there might be some reasoning behind it, no complaints at all with the item and speed though.
