THESE ARE SO CUTE. I have to wear black at work, and I love that these have a black sole with just a bit of flash (I hate white soles on shoes). I wound up going a half size up. I'm going to order 3 more, so I can wear them forever!

Ok let me just say the look of these shoes are amazing. They're toned down because they're black, but then you have the metallic colors on the side and the splash color Incorporated on the bottom is sweet!! I cant stop looking at them. Now comfort is also a big thing with shoes. They are really comfortable being that i work in a hospital amd im on my feet for 10 hours. My feet never hurt at the end of the day. There isnt much arch to them which i m noy sure if its good or bad not having an arch. Other then that i totally recommend these babies!

I really like the styling general direction of the Asics Tiger Gel-Lyte. The color combinations are excellent - the gel sole makes it soft and easy to walk in - the inner sock liner makes on/off so easy. These don't need much arch because the form fitting around the foot gives arch support when laces are tied up, so no problem there. I had to return them though because the forefoot bridge just below the bottom lace has no give or stretch at all. The tight fit around the ball of foot area is reinforced with stitched support over the top of foot and sole to sole. No stretch here at all. I find this area of the foot cuts into my medium width foot effectively turning the Gel Lyte into a narrow shoe if you need to flex your foot at all. Other than this one design flaw, I love this in style, color, shape, walking and running comfort - but the cinched up ball of foot line is a problem - had to return the new ones - gave away my old ones too.

I had to go up a full size in these, but they provide more cushioning than the other Asics I tried, so I'm keeping them.
