First of all the shoe looked great. The toe strap part of the shoe was tight and dug into the side of my toes. I don't have wide feet and usually this isn't a problem for me. I wore them around the house for all of 5 minutes and couldn't take it anymore. Super bummed because it is a very sexy shoe and would look great with just about anything you would wear.

The shoes are beautiful but the C width is not "wide" in my opinion. Too narrow

I purchased these shoes being told my an employee that they will get comfortable the more I wear them. She even stretched it and said it would help which it did a little but not much. I have worn them about 5 times and the front strap hurts so much. I only bought them because I liked the style and I was told that their shoes are a lot more comfortable the more I wear it but I'm sorry that was not true. Now I have these heels sitting in my closet and I know not to trust what an employee has to say. I also get the worst customer service, it's like when I walk in they think I am not going to buy and I usually walk out purchasing a shoe. Also, they accused my of wearing a pair of shoes when I tried to return a pair even though I bought the same pair 2 hours later with one of the managers. Why would I buy two of the same shoes in different sizes and wear one? I have about 5 pairs now and I will most likely never shop with this company again. Also, I work for a global company in the Customer Experience space, and this was my one and only worst experience I have ever had.

First time wearing these shoes and in a matter of 2 hours the strap completely ripped of my ankle. They are not comfortable at all, but for the first time wearing them and the quality is so Flimsy .For the price point is really disappointing and not to mention infuriating, bc they cannot be repaired.

These shoes are beautiful. But I was not able to ware them more than an hour. I do not have big feed but they felt really tight. They are quite an investment so I was hoping I could ware them more than once. I have other shoes from the same brand that fit perfectly. These size small.

I tried it on in the store and it must have been broken in. The second I got the new pair on I was in pain. And I'm an ex-professional ballet dancer who was in pointe shoes all the time. The strap has left scars on my big toes from a wedding a attended 4 weeks ago and they are still there. I asked to return and they said they would only stretch out the leather for me.

I love the classic look of these heels. I thought they were worth the price because I would be able to wear them for many future events. I loved that they came in narrow because that is hard to find. I tried on the shoes and they felt fine. I went to a wedding the next day and the shoes actually ruined the event! It hurt to walk during the outdoor ceremony but as the evening continued I did not want to move an inch. My feet swelled so much and the shoe must have hit a nerve because there was numbness. I am so disappointed because that was a big waste of money.

Ordered online and was excited about the versatility. Unfortunately, I experienced pain across the foot strap. I tried them on and walked on carpet for 30 min to stretch them, but nothing helped. I'm not sure if I need a wider shoe or a different design. I am a fan of this brand but was expecting a better experience.

I was excited to receive these heels as they seem like the perfect little nude heel; however, much to my demise within the first 30 minutes of wearing them my feet were KILLING me! The toe strap is extremely thin and it cuts off circulation and doesn't provide good foot support at all. The pain was so unbearable I had to take them off and carry them all night. I can usually grin and bear an uncomfortable she but not these they RUINED my feet. To make matters worse, Stuart Weitzman will not return them because they have been "worn" even if for only 30 minutes. What a waste of money. My most dissatisfying purchase of 2021.

Uncomfortable heels for a high price! Expected better from Stuart Weitzman brand! I do not recommend these heels!

When I first saw this shoes arrive, it was impressive with shining material and nice shape. However, after wearing for the first three hours, the shining material was broken, the leather inside bottom was broken too. This was not supposed to be the quality at such as a price. Very disappointed. Called the customer service for returning.

It's very uncomfortable for me! I cannot wear it more than one hour unfortunately although it's a beautiful high heels
