I have owned other Report boots that were the epitome of comfort, so I was excited to find these in my size. But they have now incorporated a hard cardboard reinforcement around the top of the toes, and it's so stiff that it rubs the tops of my toes. I couldn't even walk around in the house with them on. I was so disappointed that I sent them back.

I have another pair of Report boots that are the most comfortable I've ever had, and they look great. I did not hesitate to order these with the same expectation. These really look cheap, not the same look at all. For some reason I couldn't even get the darned things on my feet, so I don't know how they would feel. I think it is the strap across the front that is causing them to stop the foot going in. Don't buy the

They're the exact boot I was looking for, comfy and perfect to throw on over leggings or skinny jeans. I read the reviews before I purchased so I knew to order a half size up. I wear a 7 1/2-- I ordered an 8. They fit perfectly. They have no arch support, but they don't need it. If you have wider feet then you may want to go a full size up. Overall, love them.

I don’t wear heels and it is difficult to find booties that don’t have one. Then I found these! I like the color a lot, very cool neutral. But, I gave them 4 stars because they have a smooshed elf look to them.

The boots arrived quickly. I had to wear socks to ake them fit...but that's ok since I only wear boots in fall and winter. They are comfortable and easy to walk in.

This is the second shoe of this brand that I’ve bought and I love it - I don’t know what it is about this maker, but these boots fit so nicely. Not a whole lot of cushion for your foot but somehow the sides of the shoe help provide some support, rather than it being entirely flat. I love that they’re super easy to pull on/off (awesome for airports!), and the height looks super cute with dresses or pants.

Cute little booties. Pretty thin, they seem kind of cheaply made. I put insoles inside to add cushion & support. Definitely go up at least a half size.

I cant even get my foot into the boot! I have a very average foot and I've never had this problem before.

My 3rd pair of Report boots which has become my go-to brand for boots. Consistent sizing, comfortable for all day wear, and great style. For reference I'm a size 11 M and these boots fit true to size.

I don’t know what you’ve done to these boots but they are excruciating. They’re at least 1/2 size smaller than they were, and why is the toe of the boot as hard as a rock? You ruined some really cute, comfy and inexpensive boots. WHY?

I ware a 9 which is what I ordered, it feels a slight bit larger so I dont know that I would go 1/2 size smaller and if you ware thick sox then they are good .. they are NOT sloppy big. They are a flat boot and thats excatly what they are flat... I wanted flat so its all good

No break in period. I put them on and traveled round trip on vacation. They kept my feet warm. I’m glad I got them.

Cute, cute bootie!! True to size, but murder on your feet. Has a very hard unflexible toe cap and heel surround. I have 2 hammer toes and even though I ordered a size larger than I needed, they are killing the tops of my toes. I'm wearing very thick socks to try and stretch them out a bit. Love how they look, too bad they hurt so much!!

This is my first pair of footwear from Report. They're nice; pretty much what I was looking for. They are 100% faux to be sure, but that's OK for me. I purchased them as casual, stylish boots, not to be snow boots or protect me from the elements; I have other boots for that. I bought these in the grey which is a nice medium color, and compared to my shoes, I feel these are a full size smaller, which I expect in a boot. I usually wear a 9 in shoes, so these fit me fine (as expected) in a 10. I have completely flat feet, so the no-arch support is my preference. I did find them to slip a lot in the heels (I have very narrow heels) so I purchased full length gel inserts and now these boots are not only stylish but quite comfortable. The only issue that I was surprised at is the tread on the bottom. It is inconsistent. Parts of it grab the wood floors in my house and part of it is smooth so that I feel slippage. It is not a stable feeling. I don't understand why the outer soles were constructed like this. I would like to report to Report that they need better out soles and I would be willing to pay more for them if that were the case.

I shop for clothing and shoes almost entirely online and therefore depend heavily on other people's reviews for input. I'm a size 11M in shoes, so online shopping has the best selection - box stores will usually carry (if any) a very slim and utilitarian selection in my size. I'll admit that although my eye kept getting drawn to this boot, the reviews made me a little nervous about ordering it - even though the style of it was EXACTLY what I'd been looking for. I decided to roll the dice and order it anyway because of Zappos incredible customer service (thank you, Zappos). I ordered them late on a Friday and they arrived on Sunday - THAT alone is a wonderful service! I loved the taupe color, the slouchy style - they reminded me so much of a pair of boots that I previously owned, wore and loved literally until I'd gone through the sole (and even then I was loathe to give them up!). I had no difficulty pulling them on (not a big fan of zippered boots), plenty of room to wriggle my foot in and did not find that there was a constriction due to the style as previously stated. The interior is very minimalistic - no real cushioning on the foot bed, but plenty of room to wiggle toes and be comfortable. I ended up wearing them all day with a medium thickness sock and being perfectly comfortable. I would not recommend these for heavy walking. They were made for style - look great with skinny jeans and leggings - and are great for work or going out. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase!

So cute! I wore them at work all day and they were very comfortable. Our office is business casual so these are great, especially for those days when I don't want to wear a heel and I'd really like to be in my slippers. ;) Okay, not quite as comfortable as slippers but close. I would definitely recommend.

I wanted a pair of simple black slouchy boots to stuff leggings and skinny jeans into and knew I wasn't getting anything fancy at this price. I have a 29" inseam, though, and these might look better on longer legs - for me they hit at a weird part of my legs and made them look way shorter, and the slouch was also shaped weirdly (higher in the front and short in back), so even rolled skinnies bunched up in an unattractive way. Always grateful for Zappo's generous return policy!

Didn’t like the look of the shoes. There was also a noticeable smudge already on the shoes, which makes me wonder if they were used.

I had to return because the sole is so thin and provides NO cushioning. It hurt the ball of my foot to walk around in them.

They are very pretty, but I couldn't even get one on the whole way. I wish they made these in wide or even extra wide.

I have a bunion on my left foot, so ordered a half size up. It is fine for me but would be true to size for women with no foot problems. I worried I wouldn't get them on based on some comments but they are easy to get in, with plenty of room for leggings or jeans. I am very small so maybe that's something that needs to be taken into account? I'm not sure why they wouldn't fit unless there were some construction problems. They are super comfy-even with my feet problems I wore them all day the first day I had them. I took my grandson to the park and we went on slides and ran in rubber shavings and I never thought about my feet, which is rare. The only problem is that I have fawn colored greyhounds and their hair sticks to these shoes. So does lint. Nothing a lint roller can't manage and it doesn't dig in like with some fabrics, but since the dogs rub against me whenever I walk in, and most people’s dogs do the same, it's something pet owners might not know. You can see it in the photo, I think. I'm definitely happy with this purchase. They are not super high quality and I doubt they'll last more than one winter but they are comfortable enough for me to buy again and look cute tucked in.

It was a little bit tight so I probably should have ordered a slightly larger size. Like most footwear it will mostly stretch out a little bit so it should be fine. Really like the style of boot. Love flats and ankle boots which are very difficult to find right now.
