This backpack looks good and is very comfortable to wear. However, it is difficult to remove items from the bag, especially from the outer pocket unless you only have a few items in it. It is also hard to get items into or out of the bottom of the back pack even when there is empty space. This back pack would probably work well for those who never stuff their back pack full.

It is a fabulous small/medium backpack. Stylish exterior with a very functional interior. Just enough interior pockets to make life easy. I love the light heather gray color. The safety details are very nice and functional. The straps are comfortable and easy to adjust perfect for daily wear.

I love this bag. I’ve had it over a year and wear it everyday. It’s perfect as a carryall for living in NYC.

My shoulder was so worn out from holding up my old carry on bag so I searched for a comfortable and stylish backpack. This fits the bill! I got several compliments on it the very first time I used it. I carried: my MacBook air, a 200 page manuscript, hardcover book, makeup bag, meds, shawl for plane and Swell water bottle; in the front pocket, I carried my passport, wet wipes, gum and tissues. While i do wish there was an outer pocket for a water bottle, I was pretty happy with this. And it does exactly what I wanted -- saves my shoulder! I am now happy to use my layovers to get my steps in with this comfy bag strapped to my back. And it slides nicely under the seat though I must confess I usually pay for extra leg room so not sure how it would do under smaller airline seats.

I used this on my vacation to carry one thing my Fuji XT-2 Camera, the strap adjusters on the shoulder straps do not hold on either side. This is due to poor construction, I contact the manufacturer Pacsafe, and reported the issue to them, they did not seem surprised and pointed me to a contractor that could fix it for a price. I asked how they could distribute products with a known defect and expect the customer to pay for the repair, I never received a response. Poor Design and horrid customer service. This is a manufacturer problem, of course Zappo's is the best 5 stars for Zappo's, 0 stars for Pacsafe.
I'd also recommend:
Just not pacsafe, is all I can say at this point. Shopping around again for a quaility travel daypac

Perfect, pick pocket deterrent for a trip to U.K. loved the security and narrow profile. It fits enough to make it functional with my laptop and office tech gear plus make up and personal items. Not having the rough fabric that usually accompanies these backpacks was critical. My clothes do not pill up because the padding is SMOOTH! Perfect backpack.
