I was disappointed. I love that shoe! - Style: Over the top - Footbed:Was great! Unfortunately the "Wide" was still a hair too tight, across the top of my foot [ side to side ] And they don't over a "Double or Extra" wide so i had to send them back. And they were on sale!! So the price was ideal. I really wish they would have fit!!

Love the look of these shoes, but they have a like neoprene sleeve on the inside that makes them run about a half size smaller than my normal size. Unfortunately they're currently sold out so I can't exchange them but i'm hoping over time they'll get a little more comfortable. The fit isn't unbearably snug just more noticeable than my other Cole Haans.

Very disappointed with the materials for these shoes, wish i could have returned them. After wearing them only once, the outer layer of leather bubbled away from the inner structure of the shoe. Definitely did not have the quality i expected from Cole Haan

Good looking shoes

The shoes were great but they were shipped in a box that was much too big with no packing material or inserts. There was a note inside that said "The original box for this item was damaged in shipping...etc.". But shipping from where to where? They came from Zappos to me in this box. Consequenty, the shoes were scuffed and creased as if they had been worn. The soles looked new, so I'm guessing it was the shipping. I'm keeping them as there were no more in stock and a little elbow grease and shoe balm took care of most of the scuffing. Bottom line; I like the shoes that much.

This was the first time I have written a review and the first time I have been disappointed with Zappos. Clearly these are a return which is perfectly fine but the original box must have been destroyed so they crammed a size 13 in a box that was way to small so they are all creased up. Unfortunately these are the last pair.

These fit great! I don’t normally wear a wide but I had to with these shoes! So comfortable!!!!! I wear them daily. They don’t make my feet all sweaty nor do I feel any discomfort.

I purchased the Cole Haan 2.Zerogrand Laser Wing Oxford in men’s size 15. The shoe was displayed online in a beautifully luster black, and it actually looks the same and feels as smooth as it looks. It has a finished coat that is easy to shine. The fit is true to size as I prefer, and it has a very comfortable arch support for my flat feet. The shoe looks great and brings compliments from onlookers. I plan to purchase a 2nd pair. “A very satisfied customer!” Jan. 7, 2020.

Awesome shoes for someone who is on there feet all day!

A little narrow out of the box. And then it became one of the best shoes I ever had. It looks good and fits good. Jeans or slacks, they are gorgeous.

Great looking shoes! But the wide ones i ordered weren't quite wide enough [ just a hair too tight ] and maybe because i have a slightly high arch - the arch support [ for me ] was minimal at best - So over all i was a little disappointed - cuz i really, really dug the look of these shoes! Very cool!

Had to return the shoes. Extremely narrow even in the wide version. Had to return, which was easy. Looks like great shoe though.

Nice looking shoe. Runs narrow as noted by others. I am going to return and order a wide if it is in stock.
