I walked all around Montreal for an entire day in these shoes. They were great for the snow! They were really comfortable and warm. The opening with the sock liner is why I give this shoe only 4 stars. It was hard to get on my average width foot.

Overall, I really like these boots. They are a good value for the price as well. I've received several compliments on them. I find them comfortable, stylish, and versatile. The knitted part at the top may be folded down into the boot if preferred -- that is how I wear them most of the time. My only complaint is a clicking noise inside of the heel. Only one of my boots makes this noise, so it is very annoying. The sound comes from inside of the heel when walking.

I absolutely loved these while they lasted. Super comfy, even waterproof (never really submerged them, but kept my feet dry after a rainstorm), and also quite cute. Got lots of compliments. The only annoying thing was that the tongue kept slipping behind the sock liner which doesn't extend far into the shoe. Unfortunately they barely lasted more than a season. Granted, I live in Manhattan and walk a ton. But after fall and part of winter, the leather began to detach from the sole near the ankle on one of them.

Was hesitant at first because of how heavy duty it looked, but once I started wearing it... oh man!! It was the most loved, perfect boot that paired with everything. And probably one of my favorite work boots too! Sooo comfy.

I have really narrow and thin feet. Even when I'm wearing thick socks and have the laces pulled snug, my feet still flop around a bit, so I plan to buy some inserts to take up some of the extra room. That's a common problem for me, so I don't hold it against these boots. :-) Overall, these are very comfortable and will probably be my go-to boots for the winter. They are much warmer than the other boots I own (aside from snow boots), and I received several compliments the first day I wore them. You can't beat the price and I was impressed with the quality.

These actually fit really well, I have wider feet, so they are a little snug with thick socks, but I walked around in the 1st snow of the year and my feet stayed dry. I really like these shoes.

I wear an 8.5 and I got a 39, which is true to size. These boots have been great all Fall/Winter. I got them for work, and I'm on my feet all day, so they had to be comfortable, too. I love that they give you 2 sets of laces, so you can change the look of the shoe. I also like the ability to unsnap the folded down sides and lace them all the way up. Cute and versatile!

These are great. Comfortable and with a grippy sole for less than ideal weather days. They look cute and I like that they are versatile; you can have them folded over with the brown laces for a more casual look or lace them up with the dainty black laces and it looks a little more sleek.

Came on time if not before they was expected to come, really cute style and I can trust their size. Look exactly as they're shown in the pictures.

Love these boots! They look great and are comfortable to wear all day. I ordered a little large so that they would have room for thick winter socks. As always with Zappos, fast shipping! Very satisfied.

These are awesome shoes. They came with both black laces and the ones shown in the photo, so it's easy to switch it up if you don't like the yellow-brown laces. I ordered a half size up, and they were a little big, but once I added my store-bought inserts and thick socks, they were very comfortable.

I love these boots, they are perfect for fall! They're so comfy and look great with jeans. They do take a little while to break in, but they are amazing.

These are absolutely adorable! I love the style and the added warmth these shoes offer. Now, they did just areive today. They do feel a bit stiff and need to be broken in. However, once I ge over that I think they'll be perfect. I am so ready for the fall/winter with these! If you are looking for more comfort with these, I would recommend going a half size larger if you don't want to go through a breaking them in period.

The Pros: First off I love these boots! The style is versatile with the foldable flap and textured lining and two shoe lace options. I bought the Cue color way, I was skeptical that the color was going to be too red or lighter than what appears on Zappos but I think the color is on point if you are looking for a good brown boot. There is no cushion in the sole and although I have yet to try these out in the world, I have been wearing them around the house all day without any issue. The Cons: I am typically a size 9 so I ordered a 40 but they felt tight, I had to reorder a 41 and now they fit perfectly. The upper "Sock" is partially attached to the upper part of the boot and does not line the boot entirely. Although I love the look, it is a little weird to have to put your foot through a floating sock tube every time you put this boot on. If it gets annoying, I might just end up cutting it out at some point and using my own boot sock. Overall I love this boot and for the price point you get a lot. I would recommend.

LOVE THESE BOOTS. They're pretty darn comfortable, and were exactly what I was looking for as the fall weather starts to hit the city. My toes felt a tiny bit cramped at first (I have wide feet), but after a few walks they softened up. The only drawback is the little faux sock top that goes around the shaft of the boot. It made me really warm several times, and is sort of clunky to deal with when you're putting on your boots. But other than that, solid boot. I love them, already wear them a lot. Cheers!

Absolutely adore these! Comfortable but a bit short. I would get a half size bigger.

I thought these were really cute but had to return them cause they are synthetic which I can't wear as it makes my feet break out in a rash. Should have paid more attention but they are so cute I ordered before I looked.
