Very comfortable for me to wear as a casual item. Sporty enough for some light extracurricular activities. Love the fit, extra space in the crotch is awesome!

I bought these pants because they advertised that they were stretchy This was not the case so I returned them and got the Sprag which are incredible! I gave them a four star because they are fantastic pants - they just were not what I was looking for for my active lifestyle.

The pant is very comfortable to wear it, and it looks slim.

The biggest difference between these and the old motion pants is the change in fabric. These are 98% cotton, 2% elastane. The old ones were 86% cotton, 14% sorona. This new pant feels more like a typical khaki, the other one feels much less structured and soft. I can't say for you, if that is a good or bad thing. Fortunately, the fit is virtually the same. I am wearing the same size I had ordered before. There are a fair amount of small changes throughout the pant, and the only other significant change is how the legs are constructed. The old ones had an additional piece of fabric in the legs, which you can see from my picture. That's my initial impression. We will have to see how these pan out.

Although these fit slightly more slim than expected, I still find them very comfortable and versatile. I can do anything in them (hiking, casual going out, etc.) Surprisingly breathable for how durable they are.

Verges on baggy but has steady form for fitting. Toughish like denim but less rough of material like a khaki. Burnt Olive Green works well for plain tones. Extra pocket on leg can take in smartphone from the side and upright and is hardly noticeable in construction when not used.

Overall, this pant runs a bit big. However, it is a comfortable pant and easy to wear. Especially, when traveling. I like the hidden zipper pocket for putting a passport or other important items.

Plan to wear this throughout the week and on any not-too-crazy hikes. Fits comfortably, though the "Regular" length inseam is a bit longer than I expected. For reference I'm usually a 33/34-30 in jeans. Have to cuff it legs twice to get them to not stack all over my shoes. Nothing you can't fix from a quick fix at a tailor for a few bucks though. Other than that they're great, plenty of room in the thigh and calf to move freely without looking sloppy.

Nice pants. Well made. Prefer a slimmer cut and low waisted pants.

For my boyfriend the gym rat. Very multi-purpose: hiking, going to work, running errands. This color even looks good with nice shoes and dressy shirt. 1 real con: 32 is a little loose compared to other TNF pants the same size. We tried 30, but somehow the inseam is visibly shorter (even if you choose supposedly the same inseam for both sizes).

I love these pants. They look nice unlike most outdoor pants. I wear them to work as chinos and can then wear them to the rock gym after. Great on the bike and even raced a mile in them. Only complaint was that I thought the crouch area stretched about a little and they didn't look as sharp. I have three pair.

Really stoked on these so far. Seems like solid construction and I like the amount of stretch they have without looking like stretchy material. I would really like to see some odd sizing options like a 31 waist. I like a lot of North Face pants but the 30's are too small and the 32's tend to be baggy.

Buying pants is always a gamble online and sadly this was one of those scenarios where it didn't work out. Reviews looked great and the pants themselves are super soft and allow for an awesome range of motion but the fit was just too large and boxy around the pelvis area. Bought my normal size for pants (32/32) and that was the result. If you are seriously considering these don't be dumb like me and just go try them on in a store before purchasing.

These are my favorite pants, I now have three pairs and they're basically the only pants that I wear.

Took these pants on a long trip that involved hiking and city dwelling. The pants were comfortable, and allows freedom of movement. The Sorona fabric allows for stretch, but the downside is that the majority of the fabric is cotton, which most avid outdoorsmen would shy away from - additionally the fabric seems to wrinkle very easily. Those two small nitpicky things aside; they look and feel great, were good in cold weather, and can be used anywhere from hiking, to casual wear, to even pairing with a button down for a business-casual look.

good for every day use and travel. On sizing, the long length worked for me - the regular length was too short. I'm usually a 30 inch waist/32 inch inseam and the long seemed close to that. Maybe a hair too long.

Light duty pant that is breathable enough for warmer days. Legs ran a little long, but the fit is roomy, so you have ease of motion.

I occasionally need a pair of pants that are not Levi's for work, and these fit the bill, I can wear them to those office meetings, out in the field and even out for dinner.

Excellent pant ruined by the leg pocket being moved down ~1". The pocket now runs on my kneecap when walking. What a bummer. I have 3 other pairs that do not have this issue
