My 11 year old loves these shoes for several reasons. Of course he likes them because they are what Mike Trout wears and they look cool. Yes, they are hard to get on because there is not a typical tongue. It is more like a sock. Once you get it on (a shoe horn helps), your foot feels very secure. The cleat is more comfortable than others he has worn in the past.

Perfect for boys with narrow feet. They fit my 11 year old perfectly.

Once my daughter can get these shoes on, they are awesome! She loves how comfortable they are. HOWEVER, she CANNOT get them on by herself and she has never had this problem with a softball shoe or any shoe ever. Because there is not a sliding tongue, you have to pull the back tab on the tab the tongue to slide into the shoe. No matter how hard I pull, she still cannot slide her foot in. I feel like cutting slits so she can get her foot in! Very frustrating and I don't have time to help her get her cleats on.

great looking shoe but getting it on is an issue. the built in tongue makes it extremely difficult to get on w/ out the use of a shoe horn. and how many 9 yr olds have the patience to use one of these???

The insert inside of the shoe makes it at an entire size smaller with how tight it is.

These are the hardest cleats to get on a young persons foot ever. There is no flexibility to get the actual cleat on.

These were next to impossible to get on, once on they seemed to kit my son. Thirty minutes into his first practice with them on, his feet were hurting so bad he was walking funny. Im not sure if its because the plastic molded cleats are so much harder than his UA bryce harpers, but these Nikes hurt so bad he won't wear them again Thanks to Zappos amazing customer service, I was able to order a different pair of cleats

Impossible to get on! Now we're stuck with them because my son needed to wear them right away for a game but it adds 20 minutes to getting ready.

My son loved the style and colors, but he could not get them on his foot. No amount of tugging or pushing or shoving could get the shoe on. He had the Trout cleat last year and loved it--Nike clearly missed the mark on this one. We even ordered a half size larger than his normal size.

This is a great looking shoe. It would be perfect if you could actually get it on to the child's foot. I ordered a full size larger than he normally wears and we could not get his narrow ankle into the shoe.

There is absolutely no way to get this shoe on. Great looking cleat and looks well made but, impossible to get on. We tried with think socks, shoe horn etc. The tongue of the shoe is adhered so there is no movement to get into the shoe!

These cleats are extremely hard to get on. My 9 year old loves the way they look, but not enough to keep them.

My son could not put these on himself. After I struggled to get them on his feet he came home with bruising around the ankles as well as blisters. Not a fan of this show at all. .
