I had a pair like these in 1997 and was so excited to find these...until I wore them for a full day and have been in pain for days later in my feet and legs. Do not buy these, they are really heavy, uncomfortable and not nearly as good as the originals. Now I can't return them and will never wear them again. Boo.

So happy to have found these in stock and - better still - on special offer!! I had a pair a few years ago too and liked them sooooo much, I'm so happy to now have a new pair!! Comfortable to wear and nice to look at - what more could I wish for! :o)

This is the only style of shoes that I have worn in the last sixteen years. I have been buying them in bulk and hoarding them away. These are exactly the same as the originals. I have a pair of the originals that are less than a year old. They look and feel the exact same. I love them. Just picked up four more pairs.

I am very glad that Simple returned to the style I bought a few years ago. I just purchased two pairs ! Love them for the Gym. Buy & secure yours now, before there gone.

Love these sneaks. So happy that Simple started making these again. I was super sad when they were originally discontinued. My oldest pair dates back 17 years. I of course have had to replace them with anew pair. They are ridiculously comfortable and that old school skater shoe look. Super well made and durable. They get better and better with each passing year. True to size. Solid purchased.

Overall, I really like the OS. They aren't quite as cushiony or comfortable as the Simple Wingmans, but they are more stylish (I think). The footbed is a little on the stiff and hard side, so these wouldn't be my choice of shoe if you are going to be standing or walking all day. Also, they don't breath very well so they will make your feet hot in warmer weather. In cooler weather they are fine. I gave them a 3 for comfort, but I would probably give them a 3.5 if I could. Not great, but not terrible either. Nothing that will make your feet hurt, but certainly nothing that makes you feel like you are walking on a cloud.

Longtime fan of OS Sneakers. I mourned when they quit making them. Rejoiced when they came back. They're still great, a little more narrow in the toe box. Other than that they're still great.

Simple shoes are back! I got a pair of these on close-out years ago on Zappos and didn't think I would be able to get another pair. Great style and lasts forever.

I too have mixed feelings about these. Just like the other posters I wore these in the 90's and beyond. Probably 8 or so pairs total. These feel like a Chinese clone to me. The right shoe is noticably narrower than the left. The material is thin and hard but the shoe is heavy. I do have an old worn out pair for comparison and these just don't feel the same. The backstrap of the heel was always the first to wear on the originals, and these feel paper thin back there. The ogs had almost a driver shoe sole, it flexed well. These are hard like cheap injection molded plastic. I'm glad I didn't pay $70 for sure. Hopefully the break in before they wear out.

Really disappointed, these got really uncomfortable to wear after a few times. Don't buy these!

I lived in a pair of these in the early 2000's. Was so excited to see them alive again! Unfortunately, these are not them. To start, I am a woman, and wear a size 8 mens. The size 8's were way too long, but the 7.5's were too narrow... uncomfortably tight. And as another reviewer said, they just feel cheap, not the same cushy goodness of the originals. They are thin and hard. Returning.

The same look as the originals, but not the same quality of materials. The metal around one of the lace holes popped out when I first laced them up and the cushioning in the sole feels hard and insubstantial. I still have my pair of Simples from 1997 and when comparing the two, there is no comparison in build quality. I'm guessing that someone acquired the intellectual property of the original company and attempted to reproduce the old designs on the cheap--which is too bad because I'd happily pay more for faithful reproductions of the 90's shoes.
