These Allen-Edmonds Exchange Place shoes are for my husband. He has loved them since the first time he put them on. They look great and are very comfortable. He wears a size nine and they fit perfect. The Allen Edmonds Exchange Place shoes are stylish, easy to care for and great for any occasion where you need a great pair of comfortable dress shoes. I use Zappos for all of my shoes since I have a small foot and have trouble finding shoes. Thank you Zappos for providing great shoes at great prices

These Allen Edmonds Exchange Place shoes are very classy. They are a traditional look that can be either be worn with a dark suit for dress up or with dark pants for a more casual look. The are very comfortable right out of the box. Normally I would not spend this much on shoes, but they are well worth it. Next time I buy shoes I'll look at Allen- Edmonds first.

This is a review for men's Allen Edmonds exchange place shoes. Size 10.5 and fits my husband perfect, in dress shoes he is inbetween 10 and 10.5. He has wide feet and says the shoes fit comfortably. Made of leather, stitched soles, the design is timeless and elegant for a wedding or special occasion to wear with a suite. He also liked the fact that the brand makes the shoes in the U.S. Leather is high polished, a little cushing in the heel area. Didnt have a chance to wear them out yet, but he did tried them around the house and they felt fine. I feel like this is a pair of classic suite shoes, every man needs a pair of those in the closet.

High quality, stylish looking shoe. Felt true to size and very comfortable. My son loves it! Particularly liked the subtle stitching along the upper portion of the shoe. This is a smart-casual shoe, also suitable for the office. My only concern is the lack of non-slip soles, but that is an easy fix. Doesn't detract from the overall quality of this show

My first foray into high-end business shoes.  Previously, all of my oxfords were in the $100-$200 price range and I was never particularly satisfied with the style or the comfort.  These shoes (the black Allen-Edmonds Exchange Place) are very attractive --- I received compliments right away, which has never happened before --- and seem to be very well-made.  I had to walk considerable distances the first couple times I wore the shoes and the support/overall comfort was good, but not great.  But, as the leather has broken in, the shoes have become even more comfortable.  Fit was good and as expected.  Overall, these are excellent shoes despite the premium price tag.

The style is really classic and beautiful but unfortunately it lacks in comfort. It is too narrow, maybe half size smaller than market size, tight behind the heel and also tightens the instep. The sole is leather and heel is rubber.
