This is the perfect shoe! Timeless yet not boring, fits perfect (I am a true 71/2 shoe size),I just love it!!!!!

Ted Baker is a British company but uses European shoe sizes. Zappos has totally mislabeled the conversion. As a true US size 6 and Euro size 36, I know that these sizes correspond. When I ordered 6 on Zappos, I received size 37, which was way too big. So I had to return them and order size "5", which is 36 - NO WAY this is US size 5. I recommend that anyone ordering these call Zappos and find out the sizes implied by the current conversion. The shoes are lovely and pretty comfortable for a heel this high. Love the detail.

Love these shoes! The gold at the bottom is super classy. An elegant sparkle is on the shoe, just perfect! However, with such a pointy toe, it looks like some of the black is fading and I have only worn a few times.

Very comfortable and super sexy. Wore with a short black flare dress that had a gold exposed zipper and gave it the right pop. Could use a little more cushioning but overall a great shoe.

What a beautiful patent pump! BUT...they are too pointy for me and won't stretch so the toe box pinches badly. I LOVE the way this shoe comes up the heel. There will be no blisters! I LOVE ZAPPOS!

As previous reviews stated, these shoes are not correct with sizing. I am a 5/5.5 in US women's shoes and ordered a US 5 (I have other Ted Baker shoes and all are a US 5 with the conversion). These are at least a size/ size and a half too big. Unfortunately for me you can't order down further than a 5, because these shoes are absolutely gorgeous! I'm so disappointed! Order down one size!

I love this shoe, it's gorgeous, seems comfortable, and the color is exactly what I'm looking for. BUT, as others have pointed out, the sizing is WAAAAY off. I wear a 5 - 5 1/2. The smallest this shoe comes is a size 5, and it's huge on me. I'm so disappointed. I would be happy to order it in a smaller size, but it doesn't COME in a smaller size! Very disappointed. Someone needs to tell this company that their sizing is wrong.

Upon receiving the shoe, I immediately noticed that the European size 36 was written. The smallest shoe size Ted Baker makes is a 5.5 and zappos should label the shoes with the correct size in U.S. sizing. They are very comfortable shoes and are very beautiful. Hated returning them!
