It had pretty good arch support and was comfy warm. But, gosh, this shoe was incredibly heavy. Too heavy for any kind of comfort. Don't know what they were thinking. So happy that Zappos let's me wear them for 5 minutes to know it's a bad idea ! Love you Zappos!!!!

My sister loved these slippers! They fit comfortably and were of course like walking on clouds like all Uggs!

These are super cute on! Run very small. Ordered one size larger as suggested.

I did love the slipper and the color however,the slipper was extremely narrow.

I originally ordered the Grey slipper in a size 9 which I placed an order on the UGG website and had to return them. In the process of making another order for a size 10 they sold out. Thankfully I found them here on Zappos & can't wait to receive them. I just know the sizing for this particular slipper runs small so definitely order a size up & save yourself from possibly missing out on them!

This is my first pair of UGGs but it won't be my last. The fit is perfect and they are incredibly comfortable. I was disappointed that the gray color is no longer available.

I really wanted these warm, warm slippers to fit, but they are just too narrow.

I loved this slipper. I work from home and needed a warm, durable slipper. I found it true to size although I have a very narrow foot and normally have "slippage" issues. If you have a wide foot this might not be the slipper for you. I'm really happy i chose this slipper!

The memory foam footbed is very comfortable. I wish the back of the slipper came up just a touch higher -- my heel slips when I walk but I think that this will improve as they break in. I did need to order up one full size from my normal size. The seem to be a bit narrow in the foot, which is good for me, but may make them tight for people with normal to wide feet.

I love them. They were a little snug but stretched after first wear.

I always wear a size 6 in classic Uggs. However, I ordered a size 7 per the suggestion of other reviews (to size up). They were too long. I ended up exchanging them for a size 6.

It's true, order a FULL size up. I didn't listen and had to make the return. Even then these still felt tight and were hard to get in and out of but they are loosening up with wear and for an indoor slipper in the cold Michigan weather I still love them. I didn't find the next size to be too long. Overall I'm happy with this purchase but can't understand how the sizing can be so wrong.

Shoes were very small in the inside and way too tight. Otherwise they are a nice slipper.

Product is way small and narrow. She normally wears a 5.5 or 6. These were ordered in a 6 and were both small and narrow.

This style runs extremely narrow. I wear an 11 in many different Ugg Styles. This one I could not even get close to on. My sister wears a 9 and it was right on her. It is great looking and I imagine super comfortable. Just beware of sizing.

Runs small and super tight- will be going back to old faithful other style of UGG- the one with no back.

I should've read the reviews. I have always been a 9 in uggs, but these felt at least full size too small. I couldn't even pull them on. They also felt like cheap knock-offs compared to what Ugg used to produce a few years ago. Back they go, won't be exchanging.

These run extremely narrow. Couldn't even squeeze my foot into it.

I have several pairs of Uggs and they're all the same size so I bought these slippers in my normal size. When I got them a few days after I ordered them (thank you zappos for quick shipping!), I couldn't even fit 1/2 of my foot inside the slipper. I don't have wide feet at all. The bottom of the inside of the slipper felt extremely hard and stiff. I'm disappointed that these slippers didn't fit and appeared to be uncomfortable. I've never been disappointed by Uggs before this. I'd suggest a different Ugg slipper.

Runs very small. I am a size 7 1/2 so I ordered the 8....I couldn't get my foot in it.

Honestly, I couldn't even complete all the answers about comfort and arch support b/c I couldn't get my foot into this slipper (a modern-day Cinderella story and I happen to NOT be Cinderella here). I'm usually b/t a 6 and a 7... I run the gambit. But in all of my slippers, I'm a 6. I prefer my Uggs to be a little bigger b/c the plush interior makes them feel small to start so I ordered a 7. I could not get my foot into them. I'm really disappointed. This is probably my 7th pair of slippers I've tried this fall. I just can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I miss my old gray cable-knit sweater Ugg slippers that they've done away with. ;-( Had I known they were going to discontinue them, I would have stocked up. Sigh... back to the drawing board.

Sadly not the roomy fit Ugg is known for. I have a wide foot & Ugg's have been my go-to for fit & comfort. This slipper has a lot of foot-bed cushioning with very little foot space in between. I couldn't get the slipper on & have to return. I will have to return.
