Wow! I was so excited to receive this product but unfortunately they sent me one that looks like it's been used too much. is this worth a $170? I totally want my refund. I wouldn't even buy this shoe even if they sell it for $20! It even have watermarks on it! #neveragain

I wanted to love these boots so much! But after a walk to get coffee and back, the lack of arch support really started to bother me (on my feet for about 30 minutes). I've heard similar complaints that the lack of arch support make these boots incredibly uncomfortable, and a physical therapist friend of mine says that she has noticed a pattern with the UGG faithful having knee and hip issues. If you're someone who is prone to these issues or who needs arch support at all, these are not the boots for you. The built-in shearling insoles mean that you won't be able to put in orthopedic or drugstore inserts to help with the problem. That's me, and I'm super bummed to say that I had to return them. The bright spot about this entire experience is the Zappo's customer service. They were so understanding of my issue and took my return without issue - and even went above and beyond with a few extra services that I won't repeat here.

Extremely disappointed with the poor workmanship on these and returning them immediately. Please check out the photo: one boot has NO trim at all on the side seam -- the two boots don't even look like the same style or brand. (And no, the trim is not accidentally tucked inside or anything, it is just entirely missing). This level of poor workmanship is unacceptable, especially at this price. If I had ordered from any other retailer besides UGG I would wonder whether this was a factory second or a counterfeit copy, but no -- this was what UGG shipped directly. Very disappointed daughter who was planning to wear them during this week's cold snap, and I am extremely aggravated to have to deal with the hassle of returning them.

Okay - the length and width are just like the Classic - that is the good part and that the opening on the top is not restrictive like the Classic, however, they must be making them tighter across where the ankle meets the foot because that seam digs into the top of my foot. Back they go.

These fit great. Bought them for my daughter. She loves them. They fit and look great on her. They are flattering for someone with larger calves because of their height and curved top.

These boots have been my long time favorites! I had a pair for four years that were great, I just wanted a new were looking pair so I bought the same color. Only this time it took me trying about five or six different pair to find a pair that actually fit my foot. And they just weren’t made the same I could tell they definitely changed the quality of the boot. But because of the success of my first pair I decided to go ahead and keep them. After wearing them for about six months total over a two-year span a little hole developed on the side. I read online that this Is a flaw in the leather and not an uncommon problem. However ugg will only warranty the boot for one year. So I’m out $170. I won’t buy another pair. Ever. The quality is to poor for the price. And the comfort of my second pair was also significantly less.

Very cozy and light weight ugg. Bought it last November in Black Friday with very big discount. Almost 50%.

I've had these for about one month and yesterday a huge seam on the side ripped wide open and now they're unwearable. I wear uggs all the time for years and this pair must be defective because this has never happened before. I'm going to exchange them.

Love bailey Uggs! Wish there were half sizes, these are snug but I know they will stretch and so I still urge folks to size down instead of up. I wear a 7.5 in Clark’s and a 6 in Uggs.

Loved the boots! The color was more purple than Port, but it was deep and beautiful. I would have kept them if they had fit. They were far too big. I’m normally 8-8.5 in other shoes, but my old Uggs have been 7s. I should have stuck to my old size, but it seems like the more modern style of Uggs are running very small, so I wasn’t sure.

I love these shows. I was in need of new uggs and couldn't decide which to get. I;m really happy with these. I wear a size 10 in regular shoes. My last Uggs were size 10 and they flopped around a lot. I bought these in size 9. They are snug but not uncomfortable. I know they will stretch a bit over time so I'm really happy with my choice. There was even enough space for a thin insole to give a little arch support. Plus they are super cute!

My daughter really wanted Uggs. We have gotten Bair Paws in the past and they have held up great. My daughter received them in the mail 3 weeks ago and has worn a dozen times. I am not impressed with the way the look after wearing for a few weeks. They are suppose to be water resistant and stain resistant. We followed the directions on the kit. I would disagree with water resistant or stain resistant. I will not allow her to wear in the rain. I am actually considering returning for inspection.

These UGG’s are perfect if you need a wide calf boot! They’re comfortable right out of the box and the Eucalyptus Spray color is great neutral color. I ordered my regular size and they fit perfect.

I bought these over 4 years ago and they've held up really well over the years. They're my go to shoes in the winter. Super cute and comfy.

So warm and cozy. I’ve been looking to replace my 12-year-old uggs for a while now. These were exactly what I was looking for! So cute and comfy and I love the shaft height, very flattering with any pants!

In true Ugg tradition, these boots are cuddly & warm. The feel like you're wearing slippers. Sooooo comfortable!

I loved these uggs. I wore these things to death but they ran bigger than I expected and I couldn't exchange them for anything :/ But they lasted me a long time. Buy a size down, especially if you're a half size. I wear an 8.5/9 and I ordered a 9; should've gotten an 8

I'm disappointed in the Ugg Plush. Uggs were my go to because if the shearling inside. I wont be purchasing another Ugg without actual shearling.

I love these boots however I didn’t care for the way they looked on my leg. Because they only have one button on the side, the tops of the boots kinda “curl” downward. The rim doesn’t stay straight up. The top just isn’t in the same place as the rest of the shoe; it comes away from your leg. If that makes sense. That’s my only complaint. Unfortunately, I’m going to return them.

The problem, in addition to the fact that they run a little small, is that compared with an older pair of Uggs I have, there is no cushioning on the heel. The sole feels hard. Too bad!

I normally wear a size 8 in wide or extra wide. In Uggs, I wear a size 7 and the width is perfect for me. I bought his pair to replace a pair I had for several years. I wear them in the house like slippers. I only went out one time in them. Within 3 months, they were falling apart. The area where the button was sewed on almost completely tore out and the seams were fraying. I contacted Zappos and they offered to refund or exchange. I went with an exchange. I hope the new pair holds up or I won't be buying Uggs anymore.

If you live where it snows, don’t buy these. They are extremely slippery on ice. I had a pair of Uggs for years that were great on ice. They had grippy soles. The only non-laceups you can get that on now are on Ugg slippers! So, I wear my slippers when I go outside around the house and Sorels (not as comfortable) when I leave home. The current Ugg soles -with the sunburst design—are absolutely useless in winter-way too dangerous. I would return them, but I have worn them and I don’t have the box any more. Photo shows grippy sole on left.

The sides of these boots have permanently rolled down after just one month! I’m so disappointed that $170 pair of boots are no better than what I could’ve bought at Walmart. I waited 10 years to be able to afford a pair of Uggs and had these in my cart for over a year. So disappointed. Thank goodness Zappos has a good return policy.
