I'm a size 14, and while I'm technically plus size, I'm not shaped like a typical plus sized person. I'm heavier in the middle with athletic, trim legs and a fairly proportionate backside. My problem with skinny jeans is that the larger the size, the larger the ankle opening - I HATE that! I want the ankles of my skinny jeans to be as. tight. as. possible. SPANX has got it all figured out! They fit so comfortably around the tummy, don't sag on my booty, and are the PERFECT tightness around my ankle. I couldn't be happier and plan on order more of these for sure. The wash is great and they look like nice denim but they feel like leggings. They're practically perfect. Stop looking, because you've found the perfect pair of skinny "jeans!"

When I see the word ‘Spanx,’ I think shapewear. This is NOT that. This is a $98 pair of comfy leggings. There is no type of shapewear and body contouring going on. Yes, they’re comfortable, but so are $10 leggings from Target.

I bought the white ones and love them! I’m 5 feet 7 inches, 130-135lbs, and size small fit me great. I loved them so much that I bought the twilight rinse ones...woah, they are so much tighter. Muffin top like crazy! So bummed, returning the twilight ones.

Excellent I'm 148 lbs, 5'7" and order the medium. They fit good (I could do a small if I wanted them with more support). High quality. There is a "tummy" support panel that helps smooth out any lines. I'm buying more of these pseudo-jeans!

Loved these pants in the taupe color! Wore them to a birthday party first wearing, accidentally sat in some “Softsoap” left on a chair. It completely took all the color out in that spot! Now I’m left with an expensive at-home-only pair of great fitting pants. :(

I am 5’5, size 12 and the large was the right fit. You squeeze yourself into these jeans huffing and puffing like you would with Spanx undergarments, but once they are on, they magically suck everything in and make you look thinner. Pockets are high so make your butt look perky! The fabric is medium thickness so it conceals everything (in dark blue). There is even a Spanx tummy panel sewn into the jeans: genius! ?? My only wish is that they would be an inch or two higher rise as there is a little bit of muffin top going on. But not a dealbreaker as these jeans make my bod look hawwwwt ???

These are fantastic. They come up high enough on the waist to be flattering and the material is awesome. It's stretchy like spandex but has a slight denim texture. They look like a mix between chinos and jeans - not like leggings at all. My only complaint is that the pockets seem really high. I pulled them up so the crotch is where it's supposed to be - I don't think I'm wearing them too high. It's just that the pockets sit sort of on top of my butt. The front pockets are fake, but I like that they're there as they make them look even more jean-ish and less legging-ish. I have a hard time finding jeans/pants that fit my wide hips/butt but also a more-narrow waist so I'm keeping them will get used to the back pockets.

I sized up to large. I usually take a medium. I am 5'5" 145 lbs. I have a smaller waist and heavier thighs. The large was very comfortable and fit my waist as well as my thighs.

Eh. I really wanted to love these but they are going back. Rise is very high like Spanx but fit is odd with the thicker jean-ish fabric. I am a size 2 and ordered the XS which was still somewhat loose at the top. Going back.

this fit really nice, just too pricey

These do not fit as advertised at all. I ordered both a small and a medium and they were baggy, loose, and very unflattering. In the photos of the model here, they are fitted. These jeans are not fitted. If you like skinny jeans that are loose, I still would not recommend these as there are many more affordable options that do the exact same thing. Possibly they are better in the plus sizes? I don't know how these have such good reviews here. I expected these to fit similar to a legging since that is in the title. The material of these is good, fit is the issue. I ordered the twilight and black, twilight did not transfer like many reviews have mentioned, but obviously I had not washed them yet and will be sending them back

These are the best! They are thicker than leggings (more like jeans) with tons of stretch and tummy control that’s not too tight. I’m 5’6” and 200 lbs and ordered the XL. Perfect length and fit.

Love! I’m 5’2” about 130 lbs. I ordered the white in Medium and fits great. I have the dark blue ones as well in medium. The material is thick and good quality, feels like stretch jeans! I haven’t found a pair of white jeans I like as much as these!

Hands down best white jeans I own, worth every penny. For true to size and sucked everything in!

I AM 5.1 AND 108 LBS. APPROX INSEAM 28, WAIST 26. FITS ME PERFECTLY. ZERO GABS. ZERO BUNCHES. I USUALLY HATE PANTS, UNLESS THEY ARE YOGA LEGGINGS. THESE ARE HEAVEN. EVEN THOUGH I USUALLY HATE HIGH WAIST. THESE FIT ME PERFECTLY, 1 FINGER SPACE DOWN FROM MY BELLY BUTTON. SPANX NEEDS TO MAKE MORE PANTS WITH BACK POCKETS. THESE ARE A MOM'S DREAM COME TRUE.

Love the style, love the look, but... My sister has these and talked me into buying a pair. I'm 5'6 and wear a 10/12 jeans. I ordered the large. While they technically fit, they were not comfortable to me. I expected them to be tight around the waist (which they were), because c'mon, that's what Spanx are for - but they were surprisingly too tight around my knees and calves so it was uncomfortable to walk in them. Maybe they would relax over time? I am returning because they're too expensive to just wait and see.

Large, weird fit on me. I'm typically a Medium in this brand but the Small was baggy at the waist and ankle. Cute denim-like styling, nice fabric.

These were very comfortable and I really wanted to like them. However, I ordered them in an XS and they were too large. I'm 5 ft and 108 lbs. I wanted them to fit like leggings but they were slightly baggy. I had to return them. I wish they were just a little bit smaller!

I found these to be very stiff with not much stretch and difficult to put on, much like their shape wear.

Wanted to love these!! :( very stiff and thick , I think regular skinny jeans are more stretchy. Also size S was to small and M was too big. Disappointed, I order spanx regular leggings all the time and I like them.
