Bought a new pair to replace a pair I misplaced. My primary glove for snowshoeing, winter hiking and general work in colder months.
Good balance of warmth and breathability during high output moments - the windproof membrane helps reduce the need for bulkier gloves or mitts during stops or breaks.
Good grip and the fleece is plenty durable to hold up to general tasks around home and camp - more demanding tasks are better left to leather or similar gloves.

These are great for working outside and just standing around. They come on and off easily. They get wet but I've yet to feel it come through the gloves.

All purpose work/winter glove. Great fit, durable, warm and the fit is everything that you've come to expect from Outdoor Research.. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better, multi-utilitarian purposed glove.

I have had other, older versions of these gloves. They are still great. I use them everyday for chores, playing outside with the kids, and also bike riding. Warm and toasty. Excellent dexterity.

I've been looking for the right pair of gloves for a while; these are it.
Use: every day wear; shoveling snow; playing with my kid.
I would recommend them to others.

I use these for driving my ATV while ice fishing. The glove blocks all wind and the finger tip allows me to use my touchscreen GPS to locate my next spot for punching holes.

These gloves are a good balance of warmth and dexterity. They have excellent grip and are very durable. The seams are a little rigid and uncomfortable at first but they break-in and become very comfortable. They provide pretty much the most dexterity you can have in a moderately warm glove.

I recently purchased my third pair of the OR Gripper gloves. My first pair I wore for years until they were just too worn out to wear anymore. I purchased a new pair which I had for a few seasons until sadly I lost them. I just love these gloves because they are so versatile. The grippy palm and fingers is a must for many activities that I do, and the Windstopper membrane protects my hands in extreme conditions without bulk. They are light and packable, and the large fits my hands perfectly with just the right amount of room for a merino liner if conditions call for it. These have been my "go to" glove for years.

Very good all around glove. I'm RV'ing and these gloves have been my go to gloves. Hiking, snowshoeing, photography, shopping and many RV tasks (Excempt the dump station).
I have worn them in the rain, wind, snow and freezing temps. They fit well and are easy to get on and off.
The only negative is with the sensor feature. It works sometimes and not other times.

My most oft used gloves. Stand-alones for everything outside in winter at work and play. Great as a warm liner inside various overmitts. I can't wreck 'em. They have been abused and then washed and dried dozens of tones and come out fuzzy and warm like new.

Had a pair of these many years ago, used them for working in the bush in the winter. Lost them years ago and finally replaced them. They are nice and warm, breathable, somewhat water resistant and a good grip

I use these gloves for everything. I have used them working outside to running in the Canadian cold. They do not seem to show signs of wear and are unbelievably warm.

The best fitting/range of motion, best all-weather balance, most reliable glove I've owned.
I wear these riding to work every day from 15 degrees up to around 45. The windstopper is key, as is the long cuff to keep good overlap with my jacket. I also appreciate the lack of bulk, keeping good grip for braking, as well as on XC ski poles. Good moisture wicking when exercising, and keep me warm when cycling in the rain.

Nice gloves for cold and windy days. They are nice to be able to work a phone or tablet without having to remove gloves. They do ok in light rain, but a heavy rain absorb a lot of water. For activities that require a lot of finger dexterity, they might be a little too bulky. But for hiking/most outdoor activities such as a sporting event or travel or otherwise they are great.

My gloves were purchased February 21, 2018.
I was looking for casual glove and they are great for this. Snug (not too tight) at the wrist but loose in the finger which I like. I used them yesterday teaching a ski lesson and the temps were spring conditions and the gloves were just right. Plus the palms have grip material so I feel confident the ski edges will not cut through the gloves when carrying them or my students skis. I did not test out the sensor tips on the fingers outside but using them now to type this on my iPad in my house. No problems.
I got them in size medium but wear size large for my OR alt heat gloves for skiing in cold weather.

OR is my go to company for gloves. Use their sizing chart correctly and you'll get exactly what you're looking for.
These allow you the same comfort and protection from the elements as their other mild/extreme cold weather gloves, with a reinforced palm to work with ropes, picks, axes, ect. so you don't have to worry about damaging them.

My first pair are finally wearing out after about 10 years. I wore them for casual wear at first but love them for hiking, backcountry skiing, cross-country skiing. I was a bit hesitant about the sensor upgrade since I expected the finger tips to be thinner. This was not the case, they just have an extra layer to allow for touch screen use. Great gloves, I'll be recommending them for anyone doing similar activities.

Originally purchased as a gift, I wore this gloves everywhere. Being black, I could wear them in a variety of my uniforms day to day, wear them in business casual attire in the evenings, and take them hiking the next day. An avid photographer in my spare time, I found that they had all the benefits of a thin glove with good enough dexterity, but none of the draw backs in colder weather. I counted on these gloves for absolutely everything, until 3 years later I left them on the roof of my car when fixing my friends car in a parking lot.
For whatever reason, I couldn't find them anywhere at the time, and bought a different pair of gloves. I replaced those the same year with yet another pair. Finally, this year I looked for these again and was fortunate to find them and bought them without question. I'm as happy as could be, and the improvements are truly improvements!
I highly recommend these. I've moved to a colder climate and while I can't say my hands are warm at -30 C, they're warm enough while I brush snow off my car and until the interior warms up. Again, the dexterity for driving is a huge plus.

Perfect combo of warmth and fit and the wind proof is excellent. Anytime I don't need a larger insulated glove, these are the go-to for cold weather outdoor activity and casual wear too!

This is my fourth pair and this time I actually took advantage of the Infinite Guarantee. I feel guilty because I punish these gloves, sawing fire wood, shoveling snow, building blinds, hunting, climbing trees. I get about three years to a pair. I bought two other different pair of gloves from OR and they just sit in the truck as pretty gloves to wear to the store and parties. These look just as good but they are tough. They would feel embarrassed going to a dinner party in nice cloths.
