Excellent fit and comfort for rain boots, plus great style; super cute. I'm a 50-something woman from NYC; I wear jeans, boots most days; love a hip, low-key look. I've tried maybe twenty different makers and styles of women's rain boots, from inexpensive to Valentino. It is maddening to find that with every single rain boot, without exception, no matter the brand -- including the high-end expensive designer boots -- it's as if they said, "It's just a rain boot so don't worry about getting the fit or length or size or support correct." All of the other styles and brands of rain boots are huge width, falling off the heel and foot, plus at least two to three sizes too short, plus the flimsiest fabrication and zero support. Maddening. Until these Dansko Rosa rain boots, that is. These are the correct size/true to size, including the length is accurate, the width is correct -- a tad narrow, even, which is perfect for my somewhat narrow feet or even for women with an average width who are sick of trying rain boots that are, in fact, double wide. I gave 5 stars on the support because, for rainboots -- actually, even compared with my Fiorentini + Baker leather boots which require adding an insole -- these are incredibly supportive and solid. For comfort, I rated these 4 stars, though I debated ranking them a 5 because for rain boots these are awesome; I went with the 4 because I wouldn't, for example, walk in the city for very long at all in these, nor would I do a long walk my dogs in these boots; that said, the heel contributes to them being a tad less comfortable than a lower heel for walking all day or for doing a long walk; but for going out on a rainy day or night and you want a heel to feel taller or to dress it up a bit, or when you're wearing longer jeans and you don't want an ugly flat rain boot to bring you down, these Dankos are the bomb. In fact, as soon as I finish this review, I am ordering two additional pairs in blue and in black. I hope Dansko gives us more styles in rain boots and shoes.

Super cute shoes! Not the best heel to walk long distances in, but relatively comfortable. So far, they seem very water resistant! The aesthetics outweigh the comfort for me on this one.

Amazing rain boot. Stylish and comfortable. The style with a slightly chunky sole and heel is on trend. I purchased the army green color which goes well with skinny leg pants and jeans. I walked 2 miles in NYC - from home to work and back. Two days in a row. No blisters, squishy padded insole. The footbed doesn't squish your toe box. But keep in mind, they are heavy boots. I also run regularly, so it doesn't bother me. I still think that Dansko clogs look clunky, but these boots are stylish.

I LOVE Danskos-- I have chronic problems with metatarsal and achilles, plus I have very high arches and instep. These shoes are really cute and comfortable. I got compliments rights away!

These boots are so comfortable -- springy with good arch support. I wear them when it's not raining, to go to and from the office, and out in the garden. They clean off easily. I chose the black and white floral pattern and receive lots of compliments. The sizing is consistent with all my other pairs of Danskos.

I love these! I ordered the same size as I my old Dansko clogs (I am a 7.5-8 and the clogs are a 38). They are very comfortable and warm and I can wear them with thicker socks (with thick socks they are a bit snug across the toe box, but I think my toes are wide for the size of my foot). I have gotten many compliments on them, too. I was worried that water might drip in through the tops (since they are not skin-tight around my ankles), but so far, it has not been a problem in rainy Seattle.

These are the most comfortable, stylish and fit like a regular shoe. I'm in love and can't wait until it rains again! You will not be disappointed. Would like to see some in a more funky color.

I’ve been in the market for a pair of rain boots for awhile. These are comfortable and look great. I’ve been wearing them everyday, even when it isn’t raining. Highly recommend for restaurant ladies that have to go from BOH to FOH. Easily wiped clean!!

Like the other reviews say, these are by far the most comfortable rain boots I’ve ever worn. They have a semi-squishy, supportive footbed that is exactly what I need for my plantar fasciitis. I will recommend these to everyone I know! They’re also cute and work-appropriate, so I don’t feel like I’m sacrificing my fashion taste on rainy days.

I really like these. They're cute on & super comfortable. I'll wear them even when it's not raining! Danskos run big, so I got a size down -- they're still a little big but fine & will also work with thick socks in cold weather.

I love these boots! Too much! I’ve worn them almost every day since the day I bought them. They are like walking on firm clouds. They’re light and a little bouncy! I work in an office and I wear them w dress pants, dresses, leggins, everything. My biggest problem is trying to find new Spring shoes that are just as comfortable.

I absolutely loved these shoes. They are incredible comfortable and perfect for working longer hours in retail. Unfortunately, I loved them so much that I wore them every single day for four or five months. Now I have my very first bunion as a 25 year old because of these shoes. I can no longer wear them because of how they fit at the base of my big toe. If you buy these, do not wear them every day! I was a fool for not giving my feet a break. Any way, this shoes work pretty well in short snow piles too. I wore them to shovel snow and had no issues as long as I was wearing tall socks.

These are probably one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned! I own a pair of Dansko clogs and a pair of boots, and these surpass both. No break in time needed; wore all day while at work walking around NYC and I felt like I was walking on clouds ALL DAY. I want to wear these when it isn’t raining. I ordered one size bigger than I wear in clogs and they were perfect with socks.

These little boots are so comfortable and cute that I want it to rain every day so I can wear them. I never expected to find rain boots or shoes that actually felt comfortable on the inside. These feel cushy and supportive, in addition to looking great and being totally warm and waterproof. Plus - nothing goofy about the sizing, either. I ordered my normal size and it fit perfectly. I absolutely love them.

I did not know you could love rain boots. I thought they were supposed to be something you suffered through wearing when it rained. (Yeah, yeah Hunter boots. Man, those suck AND they're expensive.) Then I bought these. They are cute. They are super comfy. They are the perfect olive green. They have arch support. They have cushioning so I can actually walk in them without complaining after a little bit. And they look stylish with jeans and dresses/tights. I've gotten nothing but compliments since I got to work today. I am completely smitten with these boots.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS. I have large feet (size 10.5/11) and have a hard time finding comfortable boots. I wore these all over NYC for days. I can't tell you how happy I am to have a pair of comfortable, durable boots that aren't completely flat. Really love them!

Needed a heavy duty rain boot, and this fit the bill while being rather stylish. I'm a 10 1/2 and this fit perfectly. Tried several styles of rain boots and this was the winner.

For those times I'm trudging around Manhattan all day in the rain and it isn't cold out, these are perfect. Pants, a dress and tights, jeans - they are surprisingly versatile. While most rain boots have the inelegant fit of your father's galoshes, these actually fit like real shoes, and have the arch support you expect from Dansko. I typically walk 4-5 miles when I work in the city and my feet are intact and pain-free at the end of the day. A great find! They might be a tinge narrow across the ball of the foot, but not enough to mark them as truly narrow.
