This boot delivers when it comes to warmth, comfort and style. My son loves his boots. Not only are they suitable for snow days but they are easy to wear and match with different clothing combinations. There were a few back to back snowstorms in the city this year and unfortunately I was procrastinating to purchase my son a new pair of snow boots because other brands were more expensive. When I came across these boots I was sold. Northface is top of the line for Winter gear.

I bought these for my 7 year old and as much as we both wanted to love these were realizing we do not. Overall appearance is nice they keep her feet warm but are very heavy and she had fallen multiple times & banged up her knees in these. Perhaps more suitable for older children. Would not purchase again.

Unfortunately this boot ran very small. I ordered it a size up from what my daughter usually wears and she couldn't get it on her foot. Once we got it on it was way to snug.

My daughter wears a size 1. She even has size 13's that still fit. First we ordered a 1 and it was too small. Then we ordered her a 2 and with warm socks, even that was too small. So now we are trying a size 3 and hopeful it works. I never dreamed to order a 3 when she wears a 13/1.

After my daughter (age 4) grew out of all the toddler sizes offered in the Northface Toddler Alpenglow II boot (which we loved!), we were looking for a boot that offered similar function, warmth, waterproof quality, and style. She requested "pink boots" so I was very excited to see that Northface offered a study winter boot in pink. However, this boot was "Too sturdy." When the boot arrived, it was in great condition and clearly was well made. However, we ordered 1 size larger (Toddler size 11) than my daughter's sneaker size (Toddler size 10), and the boot was so stiff and the opening was so narrow that she could not comfortably get her foot in and out of the boot. She has narrow feet, so I image most kids would have a similarly difficult time taking these boots off and on unless they greatly size up. Unfortunately, we had to return these boots simply due to fit. This was disappointing, because it was a beautiful, well constructed boot. Northface, please make more pink boots that are easier for young kids to get off and on!
