This is a great cross training shoe. Very stable, great for lifting and plyometric/agility training. Toe box is tight, so had to order a half size up.

These shoes are great for training, but the toe box really does make them feel as much as a full size smaller. Definitely upsize, and don't be afraid to go a full size up, depending on your foot. Very airy; great for weight training. Not super cushioned, so they provide a solid feel and stability for leg work.

Bought this shoe for racquetball. Provides really good stability on the court for moving forward and backward, side to side and quick cuts. Lightweight too. Definitely happy with the purchase.

this shoe has nice lateral support-which is what I wanted. Overall a good shoe.

Really comfortable, provides nice and snug support with the interior liner & flywire tech. The thinness of the tongue is really nice, stays in place through a workout. Would definitely recommend these. I thought these run about half size small, but most think they run true to size.

Great shoes! I read the reviews saying they run small so I ordered an 11.5, the same size as my last pair of Nikes. I wear an 11 in most other shoes. They were still too small and I had to exchange them for a 12. The 12 fits great and they are very comfortable and stylish gym shoes. Great Zappos service as always!

The nike trainer is cut lower to the ground to be more stable for changing direction while "training." The toe box is tapered a bit toward the outside of your foot, creating the feeling of a smaller size shoe. However the platform is actually wider at the ball of the foot than other nike running shoes, for stability, perhaps as a sports car would be. The length may actually be true to size because my toes don't get cramped, but I would imagine they seem to fit more snug so there is less movement of your foot inside when you really are going hard. The grip on the sole is better than other nike versions and these shoes just make you feel fast. Get them. Be awesome. Go fast.

Great comfortable shoes. Fits about 1 or 2 sizes to small, so get 1 or 2 sizes bigger.

Compared to other Nikes I own, these have less heel support and run a little narrow. I've noticed my last two pairs of Nikes to be narrower than before. They are great shoes, just a little different.

I bought these for my grandson and he loves them. Says they are so comfortable! He has had other Nike's that haven't been his favorites but currently, these are!

Been very pleased with this purchase. Have owned Nike Trainers for several years and love them for CrossFit. I enjoy the cushion for running & jumping workouts and feel they give great stability for lifting. Pair fit snugly and the 'mesh' covering the toes has a sheen to it I didn't expect but love.

Great shoes! Perfect size and very comfortable!!

WOW...this is my first pair of Nike shoes in a while. Love them, but do know that they run small. I originally ordered a size 10, but had to exchange for a size 11. Zappos team was excellent in the whole exchange process. Have already started wearing these for my workouts. Nice and light weight and gives good support for my power walks.

My husband and his Nikes!! It's all he wears. I'd highly recomend the train speed 4.

run narrow....im a 12 wide and 12.5 were very tight. narrow shoes

Great cross training shoe. I can go from running and lifting right to a basketball court if I want to without changing shoes. Great grip and awesome stability.

I have never had trouble with Nike's running small. These were way to small for my son.

Have to return. Ordered a half-size up and still too tight all over. I do have to use an orthotic, but I've been wearing Altras with orthotics in my regular size without a problem.

These are very nice. Comfortable

Bought for my boyfriend so I can't quite comment on the fit but it matched the picture exactly and has a lot of ventilation with a fairly study sole. Love it.
