Absolutely great bag. Well made and have had many TimBuk2 bags over the years. Would love a few more internal pockets on the divider for small items, and maybe a keys clip too, but otherwise outstanding.

i bike to commute to work and back. i like a roll top bag bc i can control the size of it depending on what i need to carry. so far, the material has kept shape and stayed dry during rainy days. my only negative is i wish it had one more inside pocket to put papers/binders or a laptop.

I use this backpack for work. It fits my laptop, waterbottle, workout gear, etc., comfortably. I like how smooth the zip and buckle are. It's high quality and lightweight, which is great. I question how heavy-duty it will be over time because it is so lightweight. However, it is comfortable and handy. The only thing I would change about this back pack is more pockets. It has two pockets and a laptop compartment, which is great, but I have a lot of little odds and ends that could use a space to live. Otherwise, great backpack.

The custom Tuck Backpack is sleek and highly customizable, making it a practical choice. However, some details like stitching could be neater, and the material might not match expectations. More detailed material descriptions would enhance the experience. Overall, it's a great, functional bag and I'm 90% satisfied with the outcome of my customization.

Great backpack and even cooler that I got to customize the colors are where they were on the backpack. The customization makes the pack unique, and the pack itself is wonderfully simple and streamlined. My only complaint is that the roll top does not really stay rolled, it simply comes undone, making this a "fold over" backpack really instead of a "roll top".

Replaced a 12 yo TB2 where the zipper gave out. Why I bought this and what I like: Holds a lot, more than any other backpack I've owned.Large things like yoga mat and everyday things like groceries - works better. What did not measure up: Really did not seem like the material quality was there. Shoulder strap pads were thin, and this is a backpack that holds more. Very few pockets (1?) and the zipper on that has jammed twice in the first few weeks.

would have loved two more small pockets inside the back- but knew that there weren't so thats not a critic. the closing seems a bit awkward because with just one folding it seems not to be secure- but will see while using it

I use the backpack as a daily carry all. I wish that the main computer sleeve was zipped/velcro from the inside The outside access is a plus. The open sleeve feels less sturdy from the inside.- and the little pockets seem equally limited. Choosing colors was fun. The overall pack was a positive purchase for more urban, less trail outings.

Great bag! The right amount of space for my laptop and books for uni. I can fit my gym gear too. Light weight . Love it! Only criticism is the bottom of the laptop compartments needs a little foam for insulation, so that when you put your laptop in, it doesn't hit the ground. Otherwise happy with it

The backpack is durable and easy to clean. Although, I wished it was a bit bigger so that I could fit at least two sweatshirts. There was also confusion on the different fabrics we could select from.

good sturdy material and very stylish. timbuk2 is definitely worth it for the custom bags. this backpack easily fits everything i bring with me which makes my daily routine a little easier. 4 stars because i love this product but i just received it and cannot assess how this backpack handles wear and tear, however i am confident it will last due to the thicker material.

I really enjoyed the custom work! Loved the colors and design. The only thing is that I wish it had a bit more storage throughout. Not very many compartments or zippers

Simple backpack for carrying things to work. Love the customization options. Very durable. Not enough internal pockets to keep things organized and not as big as I thought it would be.

I am overall satisfied with my customised backpack. I was worried about how the customisation would look like because I assumed some differences between the generated image and the actual thing. But it looks identical to how I want it to be! The reflective and water-resistant materials are great! The only suggestion I would like to make is that it would be better if the fabric can be thicker to increase durability, and if there is more pockets on the inside to better organise would be great.

It's a fairly standard pack with most of the features you want/need. I bought it for myself but my son won't stop asking when he can get one too. He thinks it's a totally cool pack.

Nice pack, made well, and the customizable panels are great. Could use a few more internal compartments, as there is only a laptop slot, and glass case holders (or equivalent).

I use this to go to work with my laptop. It could use more inner pockets as there aren't any except the rather flimsy divider for the laptop.

I love that this backpack is customizable, affordable, and got to me quickly. The roll top makes it easy to fit lots of items or collapse when I don't need all the space. Very lightweight and comfortable straps. I don't like that the laptop pocket opens directly to the main compartment. My #1 ask for this backpack is to make the water bottle sleeves stretchy!!!! They are VERY hard to use! I'd also love if this backpack came in a 30L size.

Back pack has a ton of storage capacity and is user friendly. Could have use another smaller pocket, but otherwise comfortable and stylish.

Great pack for commuting! The quick access laptop compartment is great if I don't want to unpack all of my gear just to do something quick on my laptop. Materials are top notch and the two side compartments are great for drinks/water bottle! I only wish it came with a sternum strap and had a little more internal organization. Otherwise I love this pack, and the price is very appropriate too.

Love that I got to choose the colors and fabric. Roomy and nice that it has a small extra secret pocket, along with separate compartment for water bladder or computer (would need to put in a protective cover). Plan to use on planes, overnights, and travel. Could also use for shopping with a bicycle due to yellow and white colors that I chose. Be nice if interior was a lighter color to be able to see inside better, and if it had a chest strap (I added one myself). Works best with a couple of packing cubes to give it some organization.

I have using a timbuk2 messenger bag for the past 2 years but recently I wanted to switch back to a regular backpack for the sake of my shoulders. This has been great getting around the city. Definitely enough space for everything i need - laptop, notebook, water bottle, change of clothes, wallet. It could feel a little heavy at times but I'm looking forward to bring it traveling.

I wish there were a few more organization pockets on the inside but I really like the size, looks, and comfort. Also, the inside divider flops around a little and makes it hard to tell which pocket you're loading from the top.
