Love the look and feel but felt tight along the insides along the arch, can't make this work for me. Very cute comfy but tight on my feet.

I ordered three pairs of ankle boots and only kept this one after trying them out inside. Zappos return policy is fantastic! This boot has a wider and more comfortable toe box than the other two (Clarks: Everlay Mandy and SoftWalk: Hanover). The upper boot has a soft feel and was also easier to get into than the others. Possibly it doesn't look as dressy, but it works well with jeans and felt great immediately! The insole will lift out so that an orthotic can be used, if desired. The dark gray Nubuck is attractive and versatile. I actually found it cheaper on another website, but they didn't have the gray in my size, so I splurged and am happy that I did!

I'm always afraid to order boots because I have bunions and they don't often have enough toe room. However, these boots were comfortable right out of the box! I was so happy. Because I have a narrow heel too, the side closure adjustment was really helpful. These are the most comfortable shoes/boots I own.

I wore these on a recent trip to Arizona where the weather varied from 24 degrees and sleeting to 80 degrees and sunny and I ended up wearing these boots every day. From dinner out in Phoenix to walking several hours at the Grand Canyon, these boots were incredibly comfortable. The mud brushed off easily and the boots kept my feet warm and dry. Another reviewer mentioned the top of the boot rubbing against their leg and I did feel that a couple of times, but I stopped and adjusted the velcro part of the boot and had no more problems. I wore my boots with both thin and thick socks with no issues. I love these boots!

Great comfy shoe. It's super soft. I normally wear a 7. But when I ordered the wide width, size 7 was way too big so I had to go down to 6.5 wide, which fitted perfectly. It looks better than the photo. I've had several Clarks and this brand makes great quality shoes. Zappos, as always, has great customer service. yes, they are pricey but you can't beat the service!!

These boots are aptly named - cloudwalkers. I feel like I am walking on air. One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever purchased. Very happy with these shoes. And cute to boot!

I can't say enough about how comfortable these shoes are! They look great with skinny jeans and are long enough to stay under the bottom of your jeans without getting stuck on the hem. I might even buy a pair in a different color :)

Super soft and comfortable! Best ankle boot I've ever worn. Not rigid outer material. You can Velcro or zip to take on or off.

I really liked the look of this boot. Having a wide foot it is very hard to find shoes that fit. I have found that a rounded toe fits much on my foot. This boot looked like it was rounded in the pictures, unfortunately they are more pointed then what I saw on your video and pictures even in the wide they were still way to tight. Loved the color but just does not fit my wide foot,

I bought these hoping for good comfort and support, and I was not disappointed. I am between foot surgeries, so needed a winter shoe to accommodate both a corrected bunion and and painful one yet to be done. There is moderate arch support for my flat feet,and they are extremely easy to get into with velcro on one side and a zipper on the other. I've tried these with both light and medium weight socks and had a good fit with both. I was just so thrilled that they were comfortable for both feet right out of the box! Thank-you, Zappos, for making it easy to shop for comfortable shoes without having to walk farther than my front door!

These are extremely comfortable and versatile. I'd like to get them in more colors. Great with leggings, dresses and jeans

I loved the comfort of this boot. I am a hard fit and the 11 narrow worked perfect. Holds my heel in the shoe, but just wide enough in the toes. Most narrows are too narrow in the toes area, but this worked. After a long search I was happy to find these and recommend the gray color. The Aubergine color looks light brown to me online, but was really a purple shade.

This is a comfortable and versatile boot.

I have problem feet (planter fasciitis, wide, high arches) and hate shoe shopping because nothing is ever comfortable. This boot was comfortable right out of the box! I was amazed and so happy to find a cute boot that didn't hurt my feet or cause discomfort. I wear with leggings and jeans and was so pleased with them I bought a second pair.

I have to return this shoe, usually I wear a 8.5 W and is pretty true to size. This pair felt smaller than normal. Length was good, but the width felt like a medium and not a wide. Still a very cute shoe, wish it fit better for my foot.

Love this bootie! I have plantar fasciitis and wide feet. I teach and can comfortably wear these shoes all day. They also looks cute with leggings and slim jeans.

Very waterproof and keep feet toasty. Slight support so I put in my insoles for more.

As soon as I put these on I knew they were a winner. Great support, nice deep brown and th sole looks like a safe, non slippery one.

i like these boots a lot. For me the fit was true to size. They are super comfortable with no break in time needed. I have worn them for several hours at a time with a good deal of walking included. So far my feet have been happy campers and that is saying a lot for my feet! And they are not just cute boots, they are actually warm I'm not sure I would wear them in the snow but on a cold day they are just the thing to keep your tootsies warm.

Extremely comfortable! After a full day at work they still felt like I was wearing slippers. I have foot pain from arthritis and a neuroma so having boots this comfortable is amazing. Look great with jeans. Just wish they were a little dressier for work.

These low boots are very light and comfortable and have great arch support.

Finally a boot that fits, is comfortable right out of the box and is easy to put on as it it has a velcro strap and a zipper. And, it's good looking. I'm embarrassed by how many pairs of boots I've purchased and sent back lately, but it's hard to find one that works on all levels levels, toe box is ample, length is right, feels secure on my feet and really comfortable!
