Ladies, this is one of "the most" comfortable shoes I've ever worn! I have a Flinstone foot, wide with a bunion and this shoe was so comfy right out of the box! It was such a gorgeous shoe that my 21 year old daughter also wanted a pair and she's a serious fashionista. Hope to order in other colors.

Yes. Buy these! I found these shoes to be more stylish in person, which is actually a secondary benefit to how comfortable they are. The platform and thick heel make walking abnormally comfortable for a heel, not to mention how cushioned and conforming the footbed is. I wear these to work and out with friends, all moderate walking. While they would certainly be more comfortable than 'normal' heels for putting in more mileage, I choose boots or switch between flats/heels if I'm going to be doing any serious walking. My foot is a solid size 10, I chose a 10.5 in flats, Euro 41. I have a wide forefoot (though not technically wide size-wise), narrow heel, poor arches and I *wear* my shoes -- as in, despite my best efforts they end up stretched, scuffed and if they're going to fall apart it'll happen sooner rather than later. These shoes have a sturdy construction, durable materials, definite comfort. I very much hope Clarks comes out with this style in a nude patent leather.

Stylish and comfortable! I have another pair of heels from the Clarks Narrative line, and these ones are almost as comfortable, except for the slightly tight toe box that other reviewers have pointed out. Sizing was true for me (I wear 7 in athletic shoes and boots, 7.5 in heels like these). I love the block heel -- for me, the demure almond-shaped toe and subtle platform make this shoe all about the heel. Unfortunately Zappos was out of stock of the black suede in my size, so I ordered the patent leather, but the shininess made the shoe look too "big" for my outfit. It's winter, and I think traditionally, I'm used to seeing suede in winter, and patent in summer. I ended up getting the black suede version from another store, and I absolutely love them. Wore them with black tights and a little red cocktail dress to a 5-hour dinner-party -- they got compliments, and my feet felt fine at the end of the night.

These are the most comfortable heels I own! I'm a nurse and live in Danskos, so my pain tolerance for wearing heels is pretty low. Everyone is surprised that these are Clarks...they are high enough to be fashionable but comfy enough for me to be able to walk. I'm looking to get a pair in black!

Buy. These. Shoes....I have been looking for a classic, yet updated black patent pump to replace a pair of Cole Haans that I have had for years. These fit the bill! Extremely comfortable and the chunky heel isn't too chunky. I have narrow heels and these hug my heel very nicely. A very pretty shoe that makes your legs look a mile long. If they come in different colors, I will buy them as well.

Love these. They're sleek and not the least bit clunky, high but not too high (although right on the border, and even though they're cushy, I wouldn't wear them all day if I had to walk much), and they have a good-size toe box. And the color! It's different on the Clarks website than it is here at Zappos, and to my eye and screen, the Zappos photos are more accurate. It's a medium purple with strong red/pink overtones, not a pink and not a powdery or pastel color. Clarks, if you made more shoes like this in bright colors, I would buy them all. Green, teal, red, orange: please? Thank you from the bottom of my 40-year-old feet and my shoe-loving heart.

We bought these for my daughter to use at formal sorority functions where she has to stand on her feet for hours at a time. She wanted something stylish (not mom looking!) but they had to be nude (hard to find a true nude), she preferred patent leather (for added style) and they had to be comfortable. These shoes worked in all categories plus they were a great price!

So cute! I highly recommend these shoes. They're a perfect black-pump-wardrobe-staple, with a tiny little bit of extra height for a whole lot of sex appeal! The padding in the footbed makes them really comfy, and I could easily see myself wearing them all day. The sizing is a little tricky. I originally ordered them in a 7, which was pretty much a perfect fit (just a little tight but not bad at all.) But being that I usually wear a 7.5 in clarks, I decided to order them in a 7.5 and see which worked better. The 7.5 was huge! I double-checked that the shoebox, thinking these must be an 8, but they were accurately marked. I couldn't believe they were only a half size up! My advice is to order the smallest size shoe you can normally wear. I'll return the larger shoes and keep the 7. But do yourself a favor, and buy these shoes!

I'm so sad to have to return such a lovely shoe! But come on, Clarks, this D width size shoe is really a C width. I'm finding that Clarks size D width (that used to fit me just fine) is really more like a C width.

These were my first choice after trying several black pumps. All looked nice so comfort and use for a conference, etc. were key. Though a high heel, the shape of the heel and platform make them much more comfortable and walkable than a spike heel. I have a lot of luck with Clarks, and did again. Highly recommend. For more formal use, consider pointier toe?

I love these shoes. I got them to act as my every day office shoes and I could not have made a better choice. On the first day I wore the shoes I walked about 7k steps in them. I Kept EXPECTING THEN To Hurt But THEY Never did. The padding on the ball of my foot did an excellent job. Also, I had no blisters. These shoes are sturdy and the heel is stable. I have received many compliments.

Comfortable. The wider heal made walking easy and stable. I added wool to the toes to make them fit better.

At 5' 2", I like heels - but I also like feeling steady on my feet. These shoes give me added height, but are also sturdy enough that I don't feel like I'm wobbling all over the place. The added bonus is that even with the height, Clarks has done a good job of making them relatively "comfortable" considering the shoe type. Keep in mind, this isn't the kind of shoe you're going to want to walk miles (or even several city blocks) in, but for a night out - a nice table for 2 or an evening sitting in a theater - these are perfect. And... my husband LOVED them. :)

Super comfortable...like walking on air! Fashion forward too! Can't beat that combination...I ordered the black and then got the nude.

These are the most comfortable high hill shoes and sturdy. They are gorgeous! Worth the price. Would like more colors.

I hardly wear heels and I must saw these are pretty comfortable. I usually wear a 7-7.5 in athletic shoes but I decided to try a 6W and they fit great! I bought the black suede color and they look great dressed up and dressed down. I also have a bunion and my foot didn't feel like it was being cramped in the toe area. Definitely recommend to those ladies out there that are not a fan of wearing heels.

I usually wear a size 10, unfortunately they were way too small and there is no option for size 11. I am heartbroken as these shoes are very cute! :(

Love these heels and they have extra cushioning for comfort too. A plus compared to other heels. Have gotten compliments on them too. They go with everything.

The most INSANELY comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I am a runner with lots of foot/ankle issues. I can wear these all day at work without any issue at all. Clarks, if you are reading this MAKE THIS SHOE FOREVER!
