This is a large version of the 15L Pacsafe Metrosafe LS350 of which I own also and absolutely love. The two backpacks duplicate each other exactly except for amount of space. The placement of extra pockets and zippered compartments in a smart layout allows for maximum storage in a compact design. Bag is very well made and has a striped interior allowing for easy viewing. Some people complained about the straps and the neck pad. The straps are a bit bulky. I am a thin person and not big (5'7") and they are big, but do not bother me enough to get rid of the bag. The neck pad does not bother me at all. It is a great bag. Very sharp looking. Love PacSafe!!

The whole reason I bought this backpack is because of the wonderful presentation by Richard. I was captivated by his energy and could literally see my fiance's face light up as we watched in awe. As Richard pointed out, the side hydration pockets are nice and stretchy yet secure so no water bottles are falling out on my watch! Thanks Richard!!!

This is a great backpack, and I would keep it, except that the shoulder straps are too wide for my frame (I am 5'4"). In wearing it, they kind of sit past my arms making it look like I am a character in star trek or something.

I did not like the shoulder strap design. It is very bulky and stiff. Unlike other backpack strap attachments, there is a two inch wide piece across the neck area which is uncomfortable. The backpack itself is great. I love the design, construction and look. But the uncomfortable straps on the backpack was the deal breaker. For the price not worth the lack of comfort.
