I'm very picky about fit, and this back worked perfectly for me. I carry a bunch of little items: iPad Pro 11 with keyboard, Diabetes kit with insulin pen + extra coin batteries + extra test strips, eyeglass case, foldable bag for shopping, wallet, keychain. If anything was wanted, it would be a thicker strap.

Nice functional bag with great pockets and security features, but not so comfortable to travel all day with. I purchased it for overseas trip and was not disappointed with functionality and security. However, there is NOT a ton of room in the bag so aside from small wallet, sunglass case, and small incidentals, that's all I could manage in there. Also, the water bottle holder is tight so I couldn't use my normal lighter weight Camelback waterbottle and sadly had to go with a heavier metal one. This added a lot of weight to the purse when walking around all day so that my neck and shoulders really felt it. I wound up having to carry the purse by the top tote some of the time just to give some relief to my neck/shoulders. Also, the cross-shoulder strap is adjustable but the buckle hit me right at the shoulder so it ground into my neck and shoulder! I did try to lower the buckle so that it hit in my back area, but then the purse was a bit low for me and I walked with it on my hip. I wish I had seen the review before about someone adjusting this into a backpack style bc that would have worked nicely with the fatigue in my shoulders due to this purse. Overall, I like the purse, but would not bring it on a long trip again.

This bag is great. It's very sturdy and has lots of practical security features. Love the adjustable shoulder strap for wearing as a cross-body or shoulder bag. Was actually also able to detach one end and thread through the top handle to form a very comfortable and functional backpack. Nice padded slip pocket in main compartment for iPad and small one in front zipper pocket for phone or smaller tablet. Side pockets are great for a smaller water bottle or a mini umbrella, etc. This slim profile bag holds a lot in a small package.

I had an earlier version of this bag for years, and it served me very well. Most unfortunately the entire bag was stolen while on vacation! So I bought another one. It is large enough to be able to carry a small tablet, perhaps a book, all of my other things, and it has all these great locks, securing passport and other essentials. Just hang on to the bag tightly so it is not stolen!

A bit smallish. Needs more pockets - like the older model at the very least (the Metro 200 that I purchased in 2014). Pockets! Pockets!

I really thought this was going to be the best bag but sadly, it is not. The strap is stiff and when adjusted, the buckle rests against my collar bone. Some of the hardware is plastic which could break. The bag is too deep for the opening. It would be better if the zipper extended down the sides a few inches. The water bottle pocket is too shallow and narrow to be helpful. I’ve been striking out with my shopping lately but thank you Zappos for your return policy. You make online shopping the best.
