I love these boots! At work I spend most of my days on my feet and walking moderate distances, and I needed some cute shoes that could support this activity. I have had flat feet all my life and suffer from leg pain if I wear shoes without my orthotic insoles-- which unfortunately rarely fit in a shoe that is a step above casual. The insoles that come in these boots offer enough support for my flat feet! I've never worn heels with an insole before and I can finally last the day walking and standing in these wedges with no discomfort or soreness. The waterproof leather is so soft and the shoe design feels incredibly stable and natural. I'll definitely purchase from Sorel again.

I love these booties. I purchased them in grey. I find them to be exactly as pictured and am pleased that the color is very versatile. Another reviewer mentioned that these boots don't have a very grown-up look to them. I can see where they are coming from, however, I am 40 years old, and while I like my look to be a little funky I also like to keep it classy. These fit the bill for me in a fun way. I've worn them with jeans, leggings, and casual dresses. I ordered my usual size 6, which is the right size for me. I have a very narrow foot with a high in-step. I did add a Dr. Scholl's insert to help the middle of my foot feel more secure. Even with the insert I don't feel the pressure on the top of my instep that can cause a lot of pain for me in most shoes. While the heel definitely adds some height I find these boots to be extremely comfortable and am able to do a lot of walking and standing in them without discomfort or causing distress to my bad back. I'm happy that the boots are waterproof. I would definitely recommend them.

Like all Sorel boots with this wedge sole, these are super cute and comfy! I got my usual 10, and since I'm a wide width it took a few wears to break the toes in, but they're perfect now. One word of caution: because they have no laces, there really isn't any ankle support. This seems like a no-brainer, but I wanted to shout out to my fellow weak ankled ladies out there. I find I'm a bit wobbly on these and have had a few close ankle calls. Still, for the most part they're a breeze.

This is my first pair of Sorel fashionable boots, though I have had several of the old standby snow boots. Wow! They have a fantastic designer for this style. Cute, wedge but doesn't look too intimidating. The leather is very nicely distressed. I was worried that it was a step in, without zipper or velcro. No problem, the opening is plenty wide for my rather wide foot, and the leather doesn't roll over, requiring a shoe horn etc. The textured sole is what you would expect from Sorel. The comfort is a big surprise, due to the 3 " platform angle. I haven't worn a 3" heel in shoes in a few years, but I hardly notice this heel height. Awesome job! One criticism: I purchased 2 pairs, the grey and the brown umber. The umber dye is easily scratched. I don't mind as it is a distressed look, but if someone prefers a more polished look, don't buy that color.

We live in the mountains, so practical shoes are crucial. This boot has great tread, and is still cute! I sized down a half size, and still feel like I'll have room for cozy socks.

These boots are great! I don't normally wear heels or wedges so I was hesitant to purchase a boot with a 3 inch wedge but they are super comfy and don't make me feel wobbly. They are super easy to slip into and run true to size. The rubber sole feels secure and did not slide on my wood floors in the least, I just received them so I haven't had the chance to test drive them outside yet but I have no doubt they will be great everyday and I am certain everyone will ask me where I got them.

I initially sized down when ordering this boot based on others reviews - that was a mistake. They fit, but not comfortably and there was no way I was going to be able to wear them with thick socks. I exchanged them for my normally 7.5 and they are perfect. So comfortable, so cute. I am super thrilled with the purchase.

Key Info: I do wear orthotics in my running shoes and some other boots where they can handle them. I do not wear my orthotics in the Lea Wedge. I used the Sorel innersole. I can't walk miles in these shoes, but I can certainly do at least a mile if I had to. They're great-looking and give me a needed lift (I'm only 5'1") Look terrific with a skirt as well as pants or leggings. I also wore them in the rain: not a deluge, but a drizzle to mediium "umbrella needed" type of day and they held up beautifully. I would say they are a tiny bit tight in the toe for me. If you need to put orthotics in, I would say order a half-size up. Also, if you want to wear in cold weather, I'd go a half-size to accommodate a thick woolen sock. Very cool boot.

Best. Boot. Ever. Seriously. I travel a ton, and I like to pack LIGHT, which means I only carry one pair of shoes. When you spend 5+ miles walking around NYC, in the rain, then head to Paris where it's FREEZING COLD - and you need comfortable shoes that also are fashionable and can perform in all weather? This is your boot. I have never found it's equal. I've done over 7 miles in these shoes in a single day, and nary so much as a hot spot. They are waterproof, so splash around in the puddles and/or snow to your hearts content. They go well with jeans, slacks, and skirts (sort of, little 'rugged' for skirts but I can pull off that look). Okay, room for improvement? Only small. The heel is pretty roomy, so your heel will slide around a little, but it wasn't uncomfortable or didn't cause blisters. The top of the boot will rub your shins in the exact wrong spot, and the leather there is a little tough - but this is only noticeable if you wear socks LOWER than the boot. If you wear taller socks, you won't notice. And the boot was just a tad large, but I wore a thicker pair of socks, and the boots became warm as well as comfortable. There you go. I'm in love. I might buy them in every color.

super comfortable. very cute! tons of complements on these :) I like these so much more than my Frye wedge booties from last year. I normally wear 8 1/2 in nearly everything; I got these in an 8 and they are perfect.

I love, love, love these boots! The leather is beautiful and they are incredibly comfortable - I hardly notice that I'm wearing heels. I like the tread on the bottoms and they are silent when you walk, which is nice. My only complaint is that, like my other Sorels, they run narrow. I've never had to wear wide shoes, but find these to be snug around the widest section of my foot. Fortunately, the leather is supple and I expect them to stretch a bit. Despite that, they are my new favorites and I wear them at every opportunity!

I love Sorel boots. I thought I would branch out from my Joan of Artic and give these a try. They were just not for me. Even with the right size, my heel lifted out of the back with each step. At the same time, they were tight across the top and in the tie box. They would have likely loosened with wear, but it wasn't the right choice. I wish they would have worked for me.

Just got these about an hour ago and still wearing them around the house. 1. Love the overall style and color of the leather (Elk)! 2. Easy to get on and off and, as other reviewers have said, they are quiet and easy to walk in, no clunking.I never wear anything with a heel so these were great for someone like me. 3. Ordered my usual size 8 and I had them on with my medium thick socks and they fit with a little heel slippage. 4. Width: I have a bunion on one foot which is always an issue which is why I always have to find shoes that run wider, but I don't need an actual "wide" so these seemed perfect in the width (on that foot, lol, the other seemed a little loose). If your feet are narrow I think these might feel a bit too roomy in your regular size. If your feet are perfectly average, you're going to LOVE these. After I wore them for over an hour in the house the boots were rubbing a bit across the widest part of my foot, but the leather is very soft and I think these will break in very quickly. Since I absolutely love the way they look I am going to keep them and hope for the best!

I took my time getting to know these boots before I decided to keep them. Design-wise, they are the ideal boot to me. I got the blue-black color, which is my fave, and combined with a nice tall grippy wedge heel, this waterproof bootie is cold weather perfection. The leather is matte, so it will show scuffs over time I imagine, so I'm being careful with them because I love the color as-is. My hesitations: They run narrow. I wear a solid 10.5 in Sorel because I have bunions, and I never had issues until this style. They are stiff uppers and yowsers, the break-in period has been very painful. I also did not like that the boot can't flex in the sole (it's a wedge!) so it can rub on the ankle/heel area when you walk...this can irritate but also pull down your socks. :-/ I'm working it out, and getting used to them...and will buy more socks to wear just with these too, that's how much I adore them. I'm eager to see how waterproof they are when the snow comes!

I am a HUGE ZAPPOS customer and these didn't disappoint! Sorel you have outdone yourself with these beauties. I am a kindergarten teacher so obviously on my feet ALL day, these babies are like slippers! On the craziest day of the year, Halloween Party day, I wore them and never even thought twice about if they were going to be comfortable enough for the day ahead. They are quiet when you walk, and oh so comfy. I am usually a 10.5 and I ordered an 11 because I was worried about the width. I probably could have ordered my true size but now I can wear bigger socks if need be. I HIGHLY recommend these boots.

These Sorel Lea Wedges are amazing! Not only are they super cute, but they are soooooo comfy! I love wedges, but often times I sacrifice comfort for the height or style of the shoe. Not so with these! The Lea Wedge is as comfortable as my orthopedic comfort shoes, but super fashionable. The quality and durability are superior-these feel like craftsman quality shoes. The grey leather looks more like a brown-grey which I also found to be the case in other high end leather shoe brands. Also if this helps, I tried this shoe in a size 7, two different pairs, and I found there was variances even within the same size. One of the size 7s fit perfectly, and the other 7 was snug. Also, one of the 7s was more grey-brown and the other pair leaned more grey. I don't see this as a negative, but rather something to be aware of. But I love this shoe! I'll be wearing these a lot! I'm impressed with this brand for its comfort, quality, and style.

I liked this boot, it is cute and comfortable. It went well with jeans and leggings. Not so cute with dresses. I have large ankles and that wasn't a problem with this boot. It was easy to slide on and wasn't tight. I was looking for a versatile boot and this didn't quite make the cut. I ended up with the Sorel Major Moto boot.

Cute shoe but a bit too narrow to be comfortable. I ended up with the Sorel 1964 Premium Wedge. It was more comfortable and super cute.

Love everything about this boot except the insole is cheap and awful. They fold up every time I put the boots on. This essentially negates the value of a slip on boot if you have to put it on and take it off 3-4 times after adjusting the insole each time.

By far one of my favorite shoes! I broke my ankle years back so finding comfortable, stylish, and supportive shoes can be a challenge. I’m able to wear these all day and my feet and ankle feel great. I don’t have a wide or narrow foot, these fit perfect. They run true to size. I should mention they did rub on my ankle for the first few times I wore them, but broke in nicely. I loved them so much I bought another pair in a different color. Well worth the money!

I really liked these shoes but I didn’t love the color. I had a hard time wearing them with outfits. More of a daytime color for a shoe I wanted to wear in the evenings. My mistake. So cute tho.
