Okay, I'm in love. J'adore! The construction and materials are beautiful. The price is a great value, as well. I'm so happy that I ignored the negative reviews and ordered them. I have a wide foot, with a high instep and wanted a sandal that could be adjusted across the front strap (not easy to find unless you accept dowdy styles). It also had to be all leather, with a leather foot bed. They did feel a bit tight on first try, but after a light dousing of water, then wiping off the excess and wearing around for a bit, they are stretching and molding to the foot without harming the beautiful leather. I like that they are built to last, and not disposable shoes. I think we have collectively forgotten how to break in quality footwear. There is a bit of an art to it. I also love that my toes are no where near hanging off the sole. I took my regular size and they are perfect. These are really well made and I love the way they look. They have a sort of bohemian yet classic vibe.

WOW. These are PERFECT. I have been looking for a well-made, beautifully crafted sandal forever. The leather is just right, not too soft or too rigid. Very comfortable. I like that these have a flat sole without arch support. The dye does not rub off. These are made to last. I love that these are made with care by hand and not factory produced in China. A beautiful classic sandal!

Love these sandals! I have some nerve damage in my feet and have a difficult time finding shoes that are soft, but with a sole that supports my foot. All leather is flexible feels great! Thanks for making these beautiful sandals, Jerusalem!

Perfect right out of the box. Full grain leather insole (yum!) and rubber outer sole. These feel quite malleable- the shoes are wonderfully handmade and look it. Some reviews call Jerusalem sandals uncomfortable, but this style will be great to hob nob around town in. Walking around in them so far, inside, is heaven. Some notes: My feet are flat / I have fallen arches and these offer moderate support. This sandal is NOT for narrow feet, but instead for regular to wider feet. Lastly, these shoes remind me of what real shoemakers used to do. Simple and sweet construction.

Love the style of these shoes -- but continue to wear for the comfort. I was looking for minimal sandals for the summer that allowed my feet to be free. The soles aren't too thick, and my wide foot was comfortable due to the adjustable toe straps. These are a win for me.

Tried this because it is very cute and the color is beautiful. The leather is great but it was too wide in the front. The ankle strap keeps the shoe on but my feet moved too much inside the sandal to be comfortable even with all of the buckles tightened to the smallest holes. Sending it back. This is the type of shoe that has to fit perfectly for it to be comfortable because the leather is rigid as is the bottom. If there are fit problems anywhere, the sandal footbed will not hold your foot back and if the straps hit the wrong part of your foot it will be uncomfortable to walk. I wish they had worked because the style and price were great.

Each shoe fit a different way and the red color was also different on each part. So sad.

Excellent fit and support. Love that there is no velcro straps on the shoe, since I hate velcro. I love that the straps have metal and a good arch.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE Special note I needed to adjust the size of my sandals and they went out of their way to handle my issue. They sent new straps with NO CHARGE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT!

These are the cutest! Look great with casual summer dresses, shorts, and jeans. The sole is great! Cushiony without being heavy. You can’t feel rocks if you step on one. Not clunky at all. The leather is a lovely caramel color. My only issue is that there was a little break in needed at the big toe area since the leather is stiffer than I’m used to. It was not enough to cause a blister with extended use but enough to be a little uncomfortable. I have sensitive diabetic feet so this might not be an issue for someone with normal sensation. Definitely keeping these though! The construction is durable and I like these a lot!

I love the full grain leather but they will need a break in period. The leather straps are a little stiff but will soften with use. The caramel color is just lovely and will look great with shorts, jeans and even summer dresses! Super pleased.

I love these sandals and I love this company. I expected no arch support and to have to break in the leather. However, my old feet have changed with age and the shoes hit in the wrong places. I’m returning, but if you have no issues with old lady feet you will love them!

Got these sandals yesterday, put them on and they are perfect! Simple yet different, I got red and color is bright.

Loved the sandals. Unfortunately they are not a good fit for my feet. :(

They are pretty plain Jane but I like them. The leather feels a bit stiff but I think they will form to my feet. Generous footbed so no ugly hangover. The buckles make for a nice fit.

Quality

Loved the look of this sandal in red. It was the bomb.....but after an hour my feet hurt and then the pain went further up my legs as time passed. The complete lack of support did me in. They went back. Too bad they were really nice looking.

Cute sandals, but appeared wide on my foot in spite of the adjustable straps. Toe strap adjustment was either a bit loose or, on the tightest hole, sightly tight. Even considering the tightest hole on leather straps that might stretch made me feel the shoe was intended for a wider foot than mine.

Pretty shoes but uncomfortable fit. Leather digs into your skin at certain spots but very summer ready and pretty!

These sandals fit well and are nicely cushioned for a fairly flat shoe but the leather is extremely stiff making them uncomfortable. I like that they have a buckle closure on the strap across the ball of the foot but the 2 ends of the strap did not stay pointed in the same direction and the part that was sticking out where it should not, is a different color than the rest of the sandal.

The narrow width was unadjustable as the buckle on the front strap could not be unbuckled due to the strap’s widening on the sides, preventing it from sliding back, as buckles are supposed to, to release the prong from its hole. I’ve never seen such a poor design. Also, the buckle on the ankle strap dug into my ankle, which I know would’ve been a killer all by itself. The leather was like hard, thick cardboard.
