I am a overpronator with faily narrow, flat feet who has just recovered from a year and a half battle with plantar fasciitis. I stopped wearing the podiatrist recommended Superfeet inserts because I felt they weren't helping me recover. I've been trying to wear shoes with good arch support and lot's of stability. I was wearing the Asics Kahana, but the new model was just too narrow. Then I tried the Asics Kayano, but again felt it was unusually narrow and perhaps not quite stable enough.
The Saucony Omni 15 has a nice wide forefoot and a fairly narrow heel, although I do have to lace the shoes in such a way that I can pull the heel tight and I wear the thicker Thorlo running socks. So far they have been good running shoes.
I ordered a half size up from my street shoe size and they are just barely long enough with thick socks.
I run about 12 miles a week in these shoes and also walk in them.

I should start by saykng that I wear a 12N, so my choices are limited when it comes to shoes. I have never found a perfect athletic shoe. I've been wearing New Balance because for a while they were the only AAs that I could find. I took a chance on these and I like them a lot. They seemed like they might be too wide across the ball of my foot, but I'm able to lace them so my foot doesn't rub inside. The heel fits right with no rubbing. Good cushioning on the insole. I wore them on a 2 mile walk right out of the box and they felt good. I'm liking them. The first time I've ever been able to say that!

This is a comfortable shoe, size seems normal, but I am returning because it doesn't support my collapsed arch quite as well as the Saucony Redeemer.

I had to get custom orthotics recently, so new shoes were in order. I bought these and the Saucony Guide 9. I am returning the Guide 9 as they are too narrow and tight in the toe box. These are much more roomy . I have previously worn Altras which I have loved, but the podiatrist recommended a more firm shoe, these fit the ticket. It will take some getting used to a smaller toe box in these Omnis in comparison to an Altra. I had to lace the shoes to lock in my heel to prevent it from slipping (I have removed the insoles in order to accommodate my orthotic.
I'd also recommend:
Altra

This shoe has a lot of cushioning, but I unfortunately will probably return it because the top of the shoe presses on my big toe nail. This is not a problem with the shoe, but with my foot. Otherwise I like the shoe.

I have chronic plantar fasciitis and have struggled to find shoes. I've been rotating 4 different shoes with 2 different insoles until I found these shoes. Heel pain is much better and it has terrific cushioning in the forefoot.

Wow, I just opened the box and LOVE them! I've been wearing Brooks but it seems they are getting shorter (my foot is not growing)! This has a nice roomy toe box, and fits perfect! Love, I wish it had a few more colors, but this works!

These shoes are very cushy and stable. I have worn them for several weeks now and at this point, they feel very comfortable. These shoes seem to run a bit larger than other running shoes (such as Mizuno, which I've worn for years before this). The support is stabilizing without being overbearing, and the cushy white styrofoam-like lining under the sock liner is soft and springy - my favorite part about the shoe.
I got these shoes because they were recommended to me for having a wider toebox (which I look for in a shoe). The toebox wasn't as wide as I had hoped, and at first felt constricting, but after several weeks, I feel like I have broken the shoes in a bit more. The laces, however, are too short and barely tie together after lacing through the last eyelet (this should be less of a problem if you don't lace the last eyelet - or maybe I just got a pair with unusually short laces). Also, the color schemes are unnaturally bright and leave a bit to be desired. However, overall the shoe still has a nice shape to it.
As a whole, I am happy with these shoes.

First, I bought a half size up from what I normally wear due to some reviews saying they ran small. They don't. The heel slipped on the right shoe, so I returned in exchange for my regular size. Perfect fit. No slippage. First day of wear, walked all over Manhattan. Left shoe, felt like the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. Right shoe, hit me a little weird in the arch and caused some foot cramping. But after two days of wear, happy to report both feet were equally comfortable. And even better now that I've worn them a few more times, walking and running. Great support, cushiony comfort. I often have issues with toe box being too short but not the case with these. Nice and roomy in the toe area. Neutral with a pop of color, they look good on. Love them!

I ordered the Saucony Omni 15 after a poor experience with the Saucony Guide 10. This shoe has better cushioning under the ball of the foot and a wider toe area. The heel fits perfectly. I'm not overjoyed with the color, but when a shoe fits comfortably, I can wear shoe colors that leave much to be desired.

I tried the Omni, because I started having hip pain while running, and a running shoe store had identified that I MILDLY overpronate on one side. So, I figured it couldn't hurt to alternate between a neutral and a stability shoe to see if that corrects the issue.
Style wise, I really dig this shoe. I couldn't resist the Long Run Lemon color, and it's every bit as fun (fun = motivating to me) in person as it is on screen!
I wore them around the house for a couple days, and although they were comfortable underfoot, I found myself repeatedly messing with the lacing. I just couldn't find the Goldilocks setting; it was either too tight or too loose. The other downside with the laces is that the laces that came with my pair are BARELY long enough to tie after utilizing a heel lock lacing technique, but without it, I feel as though my heel is not secure. I thought maybe they'd hold up throughout a run, even though double knotting was entirely out of the question. The shoes felt great throughout the run! My feet felt light and fast... but I did have to stop once to tie one of my shoes. I HATE stopping during a run for any reason. The laces held up throughout the second half of the run. It was only a 3-mile day, so I wonder if they would've come untied again had I run for longer. I'm holding out hope that the laces go through their own breaking in process and become more cooperative over time.
The only other gripe I have is that I had minor blistering on the tips of two of my toes on the left foot. I don't remember the last time a shoe has given me blisters, so this came as an unpleasant surprise to me. If I were to reorder, I'd probably size up half a size.
Overall, the running experience was pleasant, and I am 95% confident that these shoes will break in just fine. I'm glad I gave them a shot!

I love Saucony running shoes. I've tried others, Brooks, Mizuno, Asics, they just don't compare to Saucony.

Great running shoe. I have run in asics kayano for over a decade. However the most recent models are too narrow for me, even in the wide model. The regular width fits me perfectly. This shoe is comfortable, provides me with good stability as a pronator, the laces don't come undone easily.

I have many health issues, including muscle wasting, large joint damage/surgeries and severe spinal stenosis.
I have a horrible and painful time walking or standing.
I tried on many pairs (thanks to Zappos wonderful return policy.)
It came down to these, Saucony Omni 15, and the Brooks Adrenaline 17.
These are fantastic! There is oodles of room in the toe box, great arch support, and so much padding that I've been able to walk and stand more, since getting these, than I have been able to walk/stand in anything the last 5 years.
I was worried to buy mesh but so far have had no problems with the mesh. I have not tested in heavy rain/puddles but I've had no tears in the mesh-- and with an average sock I can wear in dead of winter without freezing.
I'd also recommend:

Saucony has been my preferred gym shoe for years! I think that this is my 5th or 6th pair that I have bought specifically for the gym. I was so happy to see that these were offered in a wide width! I can go with a Medium, but the wide feels so much better for me, after I have been on my feet for a while. I have flat feet, and they provide a lot of support! Super comfy, and easy to wear right out of the box.
I highly recommend if you are looking for a good running/athletic shoe.

Fantastic shoe. It wraps around your foot like a snug pillow. Very light weight. Just the right amount of support. Great color too! I am a big Saucony fan and I like this pair better than any other. I have had twenty plus pair over the years. Great shoe!

I have flat, somewhat narrow feet. I like firm, but cushioned, arch support. With this sneaker, I have no heal slippage and great stability. I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks now for my indoor walking, running, multi-directional movement DVD workouts. With other sneakers, I've had issues with the side-to-side and other non-walking/running motions. This sneader provides great stability in all directions.
