I have already walked 10 miles in these shoes and just love them. I don't have any blisters or sore areas! They are supportive and comfortable at the same time. I forgot I have them on!

I bought these shoes last month and have been wearing them about 2-3 times per week for Zumba, body combat, and body pump classes. The original insoles don't really provide much arch support for my feet, so I replaced them with ones from Aetrex. These shoes have great cushioning for high-impact moves. Lateral stability is pretty good, too, but not as good as the old Gel Excite TR model. I wonder why Asics keeps changing out their top-of-the-line cross trainers every year. Why not design something good and stick with it, or make updates each year, instead of re-designing the whole thing and confusing long-time customers? I used to like the Gel Intensity cross trainers, but they were discontinued. Each year it seems the top cross trainers are a little more cheaply made.
