This is a very attractive and well-made shoe that did not fit my rather triangular foot. The mesh gives them a very light weight and could be worn with a casual skirt, which is what I was hoping for. The shoe was too wide in the heel and too narrow at the ball of the foot for me. I typically wear an 8 1/2 and found that the 8 was closer to my size, so they do run slightly large. I have a very high arch as well, and even with my orthotics these did not quite have enough arch support for me.

These are well made shoes with good arch support that are very cute in the red color. But they are too tight where the top hits the top of your toes.

This is a beautiful shoe in a great color. Good arch support. Unfortunately, the shoe does rub over my big toe. I am returning.

I have to say these shoes are pretty impressive. I was hesitant to spend the money but I feel quite satisfied. I am almost always a size 6- these were a bit loose- in the box was a pair of inserts to make them a little smaller if you wished. Once I put those in- perfect. Very stylish- very well made. So far no blisters. I feel I could walk for miles in these like sneakers but with a dress etc...Very pleased. I NEVER write reviews.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming three week trip that will be walking-intensive. I wore them for an entire day of walking tours and walking up and down hills today to give them a test run. They performed really well and I will say that the quality is outstanding compared to Clarks or Naturalizer - worth the upgrade. One of my feet is a touch longer and the tip of the big toe touches the end a bit, but that did not end up bothering me. These are sporty, comfortable, good looking shoes.

I love, love this shoe!! When I put my foot into it I couldn't believe how soft but firm the footbed felt. I bought these to replace my tieks which were hurting the balls of my feet. I couldn't have made a better choice.

I ordered these to take a trip this spring. They are comfortable right out of the box and stylish enough to wear with a variety of outifts from jeans to skirts.

I have horrible feet and these shoes are wonderful!!!! So comfortable and I love the way they have some stretch over the ball of the foot as I have bad bunions with arthritis. I originally bought two colors and am now buying a third pair.

This is a high quality and attractive shoe. Unfortunately, it runs short and I had to send it back.

Very comfortable shoes. They mentioned that this shoe runs a little small. I usually order a 39 (8.5). I'm glad I ordered the 9. The shoe without socks is perfect in one foot and just a tiny bit too big on my right, but it's still okay. I've never been able to wear shoes (except for sandles)without sock and I have no problems with this shoe. It's comfortable, sporty looking and although it doesn't really have an arch, it has enough padding and gives you some support. It definitely doesn't feel like the majority of ballet slippers out there. I got the blue, it's pretty.

I absolutely love this shoe. It is sturdy and supportive while remaining stylish. The color and fit are perfect. I don't usually spend that much on a shoe but I treated myself for my 65th birthday and I'm definitely not sorry!

These are great, very comfortable and cute. A little more athletic-looking than dress casual, but they're perfect for walking all over the city all day long. I did not find the toe restricting as other reviewers have. Good arch support, and the mesh keeps your feet cool.

Purchased these shoes for travel. I wanted something comfortable yet stylish for evenings. They were perfect. Well constructed, very comfortable, stylish. Had never heard of this company but gave them a try and am pleased to have done so.

Thank you Zappos for the way you do business! I had to try about 10 pair before I finally found these. I needed a pair of flats for a trip to Italy. These are comfortable right out of the box. I hope to be able to walk for miles in them.

This is a very nice quality shoe with a great insert, but I could not get it to fit in the heel. Seems to run a little big or wide?

The cushioning in these shoes is VERY comfortable, it doesn't seem to focus on any particular area of the foot, like arch support, but overall, it's like a squishy cloud of comfort. Unfortunately, I tend to run for 12.5, and the toe box on the 12M was too small, while the heel was too large and slipped off my foot. Maybe they'd work if you have shorter toes and a wider heel.

Super cute casual shoe. I think it would be comfortable for many. I found this pair disappointingly too snug in the toes for me, hence the three stars. Thanks to Zappos being so easy to work with, I am returning and trying another style.

Love this shoe but, unlike the other reviewers so far, I found it runs small (short). Except for that, it's a comfortable and stylish shoe with good support. I'm sending them back but may order a half-size larger (8 1/2).

Loved the looks of these shoes, but they just did not fit my feet. I normally wear a 7.5 medium, but these were too wide in the heel. Georgia from Alabama

Excellent cushioning but too wide for me to keep. Maybe these would work with socks? The top has a mesh detail. They're kind of clunky looking but not too bad.

I really wanted to like this shoe...but the toe box is too shallow and hurts my toes. Also the elastic edging cuts over the joint of the big toe area. The shoe does have excellent arch and heel support and good sole traction. Doesn't quite work for me.

I was really bummed out that these shoes did not fit. Sigh....I'm so used to having shoes be too small, my feet are 11.5 B, and it's hard to find good fit in that range. With size eleven shoes being the top in most brands, I feel left out of the cute shoe club. So I figured that a pair of these in 12 would be perfect - not so - they were way too big - something I rarely get to say when it comes to shoes. Of course, there were no 11's available, "not even for ready money" as Oscar Wilde wrote. I have to return these red cutie pies and try again later. Right now, between a pair of dainty fairy size 11's delivered yesterday, and these Clydesdale size 12's, I'm gonna have to take a break from shoe shopping. :?(

I have custom orthotics and bought these a half size bigger to accommodate for the insole. They ended up being way to big and my foot flopped out with every step. I returned those (which was very easy) and got them in my regular size. With my orthotics in them, my foot didn't fit in the shoe. Yes, I took the original insoles out first. I decided to keep them and use the insoles they come with, as other reviews stated that the original insoles were great. After wearing them daily for a work week (on my feet constantly) I can say that they don't have enough arch support and I definitely miss my orthotics.

I read all the reviews and chose to side with the people who loved this shoe. I did, too, especially the foot bed, but like one reviewer, I found the toe box way too tight. The edges pressed uncomfortably across the upper part of my foot, so I knew they wouldn't work at all. So sorry about it because they were otherwise incredibly comfortable and reasonably stylish. I have returned them.

This shoe was cute and comfortable. Unfortunately the heel was too wide and my foot kept slipping out of the shoe. I'm disappointed because they were exactly what I was looking for.
