I love this jacket!!!

This jacket is light weight and very soft. I would recommend it for anyone that lives in areas with not so cold weather conditions.

Unfortunately the sizing is difficult, jacket runs small but I couldn't get one that fit comfortably which was a shame as the jacket is beautiful

I’m so disappointed with this item. The only reason why it is getting 3 stars is because it’s beautiful and very warm. But the part I hate is that the material is terrible. It gets fluff everywhere! I got it in white and it gets stuck on my seat belts so then the next time I get in and wear something else, the fluffy balls get on all my other clothing. I washed it and dried it to see if that would help but it’s even worse. I’m so sad because this is perfect otherwise.

The shirt was great but way too big

I loved everything about the jacket except for the pockets. The material used for the pockets was like a micro-fiber material and not comfortable. The jacket was returned the next day. I would have kept the jacket if it had soft pockets.

Won't buy again

The cut is small. My daughter is 5'5" and 120 pounds and the medium is a snug fit at the waist without very much room elsewhere.

Loved the look of this jacket online and was super excited to try it on. Too bad it was too restricting in the arms and felt snug overall, even though I ordered a size above what was recommended.

I love the jacket. The color, super warm, super cozy. But the fuzz is so bad, I can't wear it. I've tried washing it several times to see if it would help, but it continues to shed everywhere. I find fuzz for days afterwards. I've given up and don't wear it anymore. It makes me very sad. Do others have this problem or do I have a defective jacket?

I purchased my hoodie at Dicks Sporting Goods about a week ago. I was very excited and it was very soft and comfortable. Within 24 hours of my purchase, one of the pocket zippers had come off of its track. Within the next 24 hours of that, the second zipper had come off its track and the first's pulley had completely fallen off.

My Oso from 3 yrs ago kept me warm all winter and I loved it, so I decided I wanted another color and when I received it my exact words were " what the heck happened is northface trying to save money or something on materials?" The coat was made soo much thinner and I knew that it wouldn't keep me warm all winter so I returned it and bought a Denali instead..

Material was unflattering

Received in mail, wore for couple hours then notices there's a big hole in the seam connecting the hood to the jacket. Brought to local north face store and said they cudnt return because there was one mark on the hood, That was there when I got it in the mail. I am very unhappy with this expensive purchase and was sent half done product.

I wore the jacket one time and it shed fuzz all over my car!

Sizing chart was not right went up and still to small sleeves up to elbows definitely returning. Do you have falls for women

I ordered a North Face fleece on December 31, 2013. It is now January 15, 2014 and I still have NOT gotten my jacket. I also have not been contacted by your offices. I'm pretty upset about this. So, this is a bad review for me.

thought i would love this jacket, but I've had itfor over a month and it just won't stop shedding. I leave a trail of black fuzz wherever I go. i expected a lot more from a jacket in this price point.

adorable color online.....BUT!!! sadly, VERY untrue in life! if i'd wanted bubblegum pink, great! cotton candy?! super! i didn't!! i wanted the pale pink seen on the computer screen. alas.... it was not opened, nor tried on. simply immediately returned.

i have exchanged one 2 times and they have both had the zipper pockets break. on both jackets. and on the most recent jacket i have both of the zippers broke where on the other only one did
