The quality of the material has changed. Definitely not like the Denali I had back in 2014. Had to return due to low quality and for the price point it's disappointing

Wet disappointed, I had my first Denali jacket for 10 years and it needed to be replaced as the pocket had holes. Disappointed in the new style, don't like the cuffs on the sleeves. I ordered the exact same size as my old one and the sleeves are like 2 inches longer than my arms and the overall jacket is just bulky compared to the d o e! You shouldn't have fixed what wasn't broke!! I usually love the north face product but definitely not this time!

Jacket runs small. Am trying to return it but website is very difficult to work. Almost impossible to each anyone to speak to. Then I am told returns take 3 to 6 weeks. In my opinion not good company to do business with.

The color of the coat is nothing like in the picture. I had to return it based on the color alone, it looks like puke. Who designed this color and thought it was something a woman would want to wear? Probably a man. It looks like vomit, pick a different color.

False advertising. No zip-in compatibility with other TNF jackets. Returned immediately

I purchased this for myself and men's version for my husband. Men's version is compatible with other TNF outer shells (Arrowood, Mountain Light) but women's version cannot be zipped into anything because front zipper does not flip to the other side. I cannot believe this is being advertised as zip-in compatible. I'm an XS so cannot even buy a smaller men's jacket. So upset!!!

I purchased an "original" Denali jacket 12 years ago, and have worn it every year since until I finally bought this as a replacement. I am extremely disappointed. First, the Denali 2 fabric looks and feels like cheaper fleece than my original Denali The fleece is very soft, but not as thick or structured as the "professional" fleece on the original Denali. Second, the sizing of this jacket is all off. Both the body and the arms are way oversized - to the point that the seams for the arms fall several inches below my shoulders. Which brings me to the arms. The arms of the original Denali were roomy enough for sweaters, but had enough structure and form that they didn't look baggy. The arms of the Denali 2 are much bigger in circumference than the original, and that combined with the difference in fleece makes the arms of the Denali 2 feel floppy and baggy. In addition, the new Denali uses a stretchy fabric for the wrist cuff. But the original Denali's thin, non-stretchy wrist cuff was what made sure air didn't get in through the hand area. The Denali 2's new stretchy fabric is not as fitted, so it doesn't seem to seal off air as well. Plus, even just in trying the jacket on, the cuff material seemed to stretch out a little. I doubt the cuffs would maintain their shape for 12 years. And finally, the nail in the coffin: the bottom hem. My favorite feature of the original Denali is that you could cinch the bottom hem on both sides (at the hip, directly below the arms) so that (1) the jacket looks more fitted and professional, and (2) the "seal" keeps air from getting in or out. The Denali 2 pretends to have the same cinching feature, but (1) I could not get the cinching cords to actually work, and (2) the cords are located in the front of the jacket, so if you cinch the hem it not only adds bulk to your front waist area, but results in "cord excess" hanging out the front bottom of the jacket. Needless to say, I returned this jacket.

I am commenting on this product verses the first Denalti 2 jacket I bought. It was softshell and black in color, fitted and so much better than these today. What happened to this jacket? Seems like you just added some features to the Bionic 2 jacket and called the Denalti 2 jacket the Bionic 2 jacket. Disappointed in the look of this one now.

Should be a vest. Sleeves are NOT wind resistant even. Jacket is warm against the chest, too warm for spring. Sleeves aren't insulated at all, not good for fall. Jacket isn't worth the money. Bought this last year for myself based on the reviews and company's reputation, definitely need to go to their stores and try all their products out for fit, comfort, and to see if the features are accurate.

The jacket took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and was a very different color to the website. The website showed the Fuschia as a bright pink - when it turned up eventually it was a dirty purple. The fabric seemed cheap and as I said to customer service, if it hadn't come from NF, I would have assumed it was a fake. With regards to shipping, I ordered it on Dec 6..it arrived on Dec 22. FEDEX smartpost is more like Fedex Dumbpost. It is terrible.

Not good for a full figured woman with hips! I have to return it because it is tight. I do know that the hips part is my fault and not the jacket, but if you have curves it does not work for you.

You need to cater to all sizes This was too small in the chest area and you don't carry larger sizes. I will no longer shop at northface and to Columbia

Must think since you are a large woman your arms hang on the ground. Sleeves way too long.
