I have had these for over a month with daily 2 mile walks with my dogs. They are lightweight and the foot bed is supportive. I have owned north face, Colombia and hike in asolo boots when it's not cold. These are by far the best winter boots. I don't feel like I'm stomping and dragging in stiff boots. No break in period needed. I can't say enough only can't speak for durability only because I haven't owned long enough. True to size for running sneakers which I also own and like. the toe box is wide so if needed thick socks can be added.

I've been looking for a pair of shoes to use when snowshoeing in different terrains around Troms where I live. The shoe needs to go above the ankles and be stiff and warm, and the Toundra meets all those criterias. I've used the shoes for about a month now, and I'm really happy with how it works for me.

I bought my 1st pair of these boots in Canada late Feb 2015 as a Sprint Musher I have worn them on every training run and racing event for nearly 8 seasons! They are warm, lightweight, and durable. Perfect for what I do in the winter outdoors. Highly recommend and am ordering a new pair for this upcoming winter season.

Entirement impermables, trs confortables -30oC comme 0oC. Les tailles sont gnreuses (j'ai les pieds larges). Parfaitement adaptes aux hivers canadiens.

I've been wearing for a few years now and hike a lot in the white mountains of NH winter. These boots are toasty on the feet. Sometimes a little too much. I tend to wear a thinner sock if it's above 0. My first pair last amazing for the amount I hike and was very pleased. So I bought a new pair. They had a Seem defect about 11 months in and not wearing to much. I reach out at they credited me for the boot. The company is outstanding and so are the boots.

Bought these to wear in the Arctic Circle in February. I wore wool snow socks over a wool line and the boots in -22F. I was outside for hours in the boots and have to say my feet never got cold. They are extremely warm boots. They fit really well however I did order them a half size larger to allow for the socks. They are a little stiff but easy to get used to .

I bought these for winter use in freezing and below freezing temperatures for Search and Rescue. We operate in rugged conditions and these are sturdy, supportive, and WARM!

This is a quality shoe. My feet stay warm after hours of snowshoeing.

These boots are comfortable, warm, and lightweight. I ordered my regular hiking boot size of 8.5 and found these to be a bit too small, I am reordering in size 9. Looking forward to winter hikes in these!

I read so many reviews and needed to buy the best safest winter boot, as a letter carrier in Winnipeg Manitoba, you need the warmest, driest, safest boot! I found it! And it's pretty!

I have worn Salomon boots for twenty years. This winter, I sent Customer Service a pic of my favorite pair from years ago. Within hours, I received a recommendation for the comparable new model. I could not be more pleased! I did order a half size larger to accommodate a thicker sock. To date, these boots have gone from-10 degrees to 40 degrees and puddles without a hitch. I might add more supportive insoles, but we'll see. LOVE them

Bought these for a winter trip to Finland, but trip got cancelled. However, found they are superb for my normally cold feet and have warn them for daily cold and muddy walks in UK winter. The size was good (UK6) and same comfy fit as my other Salomon walking boots. They are much lighter in weight than I anticipated and love the soft furry feel. They hardly took any wearing in. They are waterproof and did use them in snow and down to -8 degrees Celsius so far. (my feet were happily glowing) I was worried whether I would be able to use them for fat-biking in the snow or not, but as they are light and not too bulky I think they would be fine. Looking forward to using them in Finland in the future!

These boots are super waterproof and are great for Raynaud's! They take a bit to break in.

I purchased these about a month ago and live in Minnesota. I work 12 hour shifts inside and outside and these boots are holding up as described. Warm but not overly hot. Took a couple of shifts to get adjusted to the boot and to break them in. Would like to see the boot hold up just a bit better on solid ice. But running around in the snow my foot stays dry and comfortable paired with a wool sock.

My feet get cold easily but I like being outside. I did a 2 hr hike in -14C yesterday and was very pleased. I will use them for snowshoeing also.. I also have Morton's Neuroma and have difficulty finding footwear I can wear. Salomon is a brand I have had luck with.

These are perfect - comfortable right out of the box and toasty warm. I've already worn them on a few hikes and they needed no break in period. Fit me perfectly!

I bought this boot for hiking and biking in the winter with hopes my feet would be warm. These are working great! I bought them a 1/2 size bigger than my Salomon running shoes.

I bought this boot for my daughter after buying them for myself and the men's version for my husband. We live in Alaska and these boots work in all conditions but especially for winter fat tire biking.

I bought these boots recently and had only good things to say about them. They keep my feet warm and dry. They're comfortable and materials look durable. Went snowshoeing with them and had no issues. Highly recommend.

First winter hike 15 km and dry! They were also perfect for snowshoeing the next day.
