At first I was skeptical but now after wearing it in the rain and wind I absolutely love how well it keeps me dry and very warm it fits true to size so if you wanted a little more room to fit another coat under I recommend going a size up but other than that I have no complaints I can't wait to see how well it does in the snow bottom line it's perfect for the oregon coast weather I'm glad I bought it

I live in New England and we have such cold weather this sure does keep me warm.

I love this coat! Perfect for unpredictable Indiana weather. I am able to fit a sweatshirt underneath if need be, but also able to wear it with a light shirt underneath and still be warm.

I love the quality of this jacket is amazing. The chest lining is so soft and comfortable. And I don't know how I ever lived without underarm zippers, I am deff a sweater and they really come in handy.

I bought this as an everyday coat for winter. It is comfortable and fits perfectly. I am able to wear a sweatshirt under it without the coat feeling bulky.

This is going to be great for buffaolo ny winters. I cannot wait unitl it starts snowing because of my new coat!!!

The only complain i have about this product is that i ordered a black and gray and it came a different color not the one shown on the site but it still looks great

I ordered this coat on line and it is my first North Face. I purchased a coat for my son two years ago and wanted something just as warm as his. I called customer service and told them of the exact coat I purchased for my son and they suggested four or five different coats that would be similar. The inlux jacket is gorgeous. The beige/greenish shell color is beautiful and the inside liner is a coral orange/pink and I couldn't have matched these colors better. This coat is so warm and presently in Connecticut, the temperature has been below normal, averaging about ten degrees a day. I was perfectly snuggled in my North Face every time I stepped outside. It was just what I wanted and even though it is not a triclimate, three in one, jacket, it is just as warm with its 100mg heatseeker material. The inside part of the collar area is a brushed velour and this is a wonderful feature since this is the part that rubs against your face. North face thought of everything. I purchased a large even though I am 5'2", 125 lbs. because I wanted something a little larger with room. I was right in ordering a large because this style jacket dips in a bit at the waist giving it a nice tailored look but I do have plenty of room to wear a thick sweatshirt or sweater underneath. I have nothing negative at all to say about this jacket. It's warm, beautiful and very comfortable. If anyone is on the fence between a medium and a large, I would suggest a large. A different style like the Kira, is a more boxy shape and does not go in along the waist area, so this would be the style jacket for a medium maybe. But let me tell you that I also ordered the Kira, in a medium, and even though it was boxy, it was a fitted type jacket. Not too tight but fitted. So it comes down to how you want these two styles to fit you. The Kira in the medium would comfortably zipper all the way up but it was snug. The Inlux in the large, zippered all the way up and has room. Hope that helps. Can't go wrong with a North Face.

I purchased this jacket after looking for lighter winter jacket to wear to Iceland. The jacket is water resistent and the fleece lining is certain areas is really nice. I love the under arm vent feature because I think if I did enough hiking this jacket would get rather warm. I asked the representative at North Face what degrees this would best be worn in and they gave the range of 15-30 degrees. The fit was exactly what I was looking for. It allows to show your figure/waist line and is not really bulky. However, you could definitely fit a think sweater underneath and it wouldn't be too tight.

The Women's Inlux Insulated Jacket is amazing. I bought this jacket because I am tired of freezing during the cold Michigan winters. I do not like the bulk of the traditional warm winter jackets and have suffered through the thinner versions for far too long. This Jacket provides the warmth and wind resistance needed on a cold winter day without that bulky stiff uncomfortable feeling. This is my first NorthFace puschase, but it will not be my last.

This jacket is great. Light but plenty warm. Classic styling and will always look good.

I have the Denali jacket and I thought THAT was warm and a great jacket to play in the snow in but I was wrong. This jacket is great for the dash out to the car in freezing weather, playing in the snow, and running through the rain. I tend to sweat easily and the armpit ventilation is an amazing feature! Very pleased with the jacket overall.

I got this coat for winter and it is perfect. I ordered a size up for layering

I bought this jacket for my Step Daughter because she kept complaining about snow going down her back and freezing by the end of her run. She was thrilled to get the jacket, not only was it just the right color it fit perfectly. She immediately put it on. We had a hard time to get her to put it away until her ski trip the next morning. She loved it. She got so many compliments on it and no snow and she was toasty all day. If you are a Step Parent like me and want to impress your little princess, this is the jacket for you!

This is a heavy jacket. I would classify it as a coat rather than a jacket.

I'm the proud owner of 2 other north face jackets so I knew that when I started looking for a new winter jacket it had to be a north face. I saw this particular jacket and immediately fell in love. The color I chose was perfect and the jacket is super warm. The sizing was spot on. I'm very happy with my purchase

The coat is a great color, the texture is beautiful, and keeps me very warm. I love that the hood is removable and that the lining is fitted around my wrists without being uncomfortably tight. If I could change anything, it would be to make the collar area more flexible and away from my face/chin, but this seems to be improving as the coat breaks in with wear. Altogether, I would recommend this for a great every day coat option.

After numerous hours combing through the North Face website for a Christmas present for my fianc?, I came across this jacket. She opened it and immediately started wearing it. We went for a walk Christmas day and it was 28 degrees outside with a moderate wind and all she had on underneath was a t shirt and after about a half mile she had to open the under arm vents. A quick note on the under arm vents, despite other reviews, they did not bother her one bit! The jacket kept her warm that day and everyday after that! Solid purchase and I would recommend it again and again!

Ordered this rain jacket for my daughter and when I received it I was very impressed with the quality of this jacket--it was even better than I thought it would be. The durability of this jacket and the details were amzaing. If you live in a rainy part of the country this is the jacket for you. The colors are amzing and the fit is great!
